    I bought a double bead bracelet from Charlotte‘s Web monogramming and gifts, **** ********** **** ***** **** ************ ** *****, for my wife, and within 6 to 9 months it broke. I called the store and they told me to bring it in and they would send it off to have it fixed, I took it to them around October 2022 and they said they would call me when it came back. I waited until January (4) months to call about it and they said they didn’t have any info on when it would be back. They have told me time after time that the owner would call me about this issue, I even called one time and talk to the owner and she assured me she would call me back in a few days about this terrible ordeal. I have never ever gotten a return call from this place. At this point, after the bracelet being with them for going on 7 to 8 months, they obviously are not ever going to call me back. I talked to an employee five months after I dropped it off and she said she didn’t think it had even been sent yet , five months later??? Businesses like this have their desired clientele, and could care less about others, please help. As I stated before the bracelet has been with this business for 7 to 8 months. I’m pretty sure since I’ve never gotten a call back that they have lost it. My desired resolution is to get a total refund of my hard earned money from this business

    A full refund has been issued by Charlotte's Web. The manufacturer refused to replace or refund due to excessive wear and tear of the product.
