Steve was instrumental in turning my initial Medicare application from a disaster with the federal agent assigned to my case into an pleasant, confident and knowledgeable experience. I had received either inaccurate knowledge which resulted in penalties or incomplete information. Steve took the time to listen, explain and guide me to decisions I felt were appropriate and the best options. Just saying thank you to Steve is so inadequate, he is truly a game changer!
