I took a ******* watch that I found in a yard sale to rick Davis to find out it's value which he lied to me and told me it was fake therefore it forced me to accept a way lower than the value of the watch offer. My wife had contacted ******* and company about the watch and sent us information on the watch but I was unaware of that at the time I took it to a supposed professional jeweler to find out information on it. He more less stole a very expensive watch from me with lies about the watch, he even went as far as to tell me when I called him out on his business practices that ******* made the watch but it was assembled in Pakistan. Which is a baldface lie because a company such as ******* isn't going to have people in Pakistan or China putting their fine timepieces with the ******* name on it together. I don't want the watch back bc if he lies like he has he probably has the ability to pass off a fake ******* watch back to me and I would never know the difference. Although I would like to get at least closer to the real value of the watch for the principle of his lying business practices to get valuable items at very close to nothing prices and probably does con some folks into giving up something valuable with no monetary cost to himBusiness Response

This ******* watch that this customer is claiming that I bought from them. They came in, I offered to get it back, which I did. I've had it back in my possession for over a month. They've not contacted me. We've called them and tried to leave them a message. It said that the Pakistan or China, neither one was their timepiece. But this ******* *** ******* watch, I've got the same watch that they sold me. I got it back from my dealer the week after they came in and they won't respond to me. So if you can reach out and tell them that I have the watch in stock laying right here in my drawer next to my desk and it will stay there until they come in and pick it up. Back 09/22 I purchased gold and silver bullion. As of today l have received about 30% of my gold and 50% of my silver I have been receiving this sporadically for almost 2 years the original deal was for how it comes in. But was told in the beginning it should be in by Xmas then valentines and so on. I think the contract has gone on long enough. So any buyer has to get specific contract details I believe Rick means well, but his will do may exceed his can doBusiness Response

We started a deal on April 28th 2023 and he guaranteed my product by 5-28-23. Always says his guy has not showed up yet. He has never fulfilled a guarantee and he agreed to give me my refund and told me it would be $2100.00 per ounce for a total of $4200.00. He keeps giving me excuses and no return phone calls. I am totally ready to not have to deal with him anymore and this horrible experience be only a memory. He has drug this business deal out and it is an extremely inconvenient to have to keep after him to do the right thing.Business Response

At approximately, 3:20pm, I arrived at Rick Davis Gold and Diamond here in Chattanooga, TN and I wanted to get a battery replacement for my watch. One of the staff of the members responded with a sarcastic, couthed attitude. She said they were backed up and for me to either come back the following day which was Saturday or Monday. This occurred on April 8, 2022. I called around 1pm and asked for they replace batteries in watches and they did. When I arrived, I was not told that on the phone, so she responded "Did I ask?" Her fellow responded "Did I want them to change their policy?". It was a sneering remark. She told that it was another jewelry store next door who could do it. The first staff member said "They're plenty of watches that need batteries". Again, the customer service was horrible.Business Response

Ms. ****** is welcome to come in at anytime before 5PM and I, Rick Davis, will personally see to it that a battery is installed. But, she will need to come in when the jeweler is in the store. He is in the store until 5PM. The customer came in after 6PM and we were not able to install a battery while she was there. We are very sorry that we were not able to take care of her that evening.
