This business charged my account $31.98 UNAUTHORIZED! I have emailed her numerous times and she will not respond.Business response

Hi!
My name is Nichole Jacklyne S**** and I am the owner of Shop Nichole Jacklyne LLC. I have reviewed the complaint from this customer and the emails they have sent prior to filing. ***** ***** has claimed "unauthorized purchase" because their child ordered from my business without the parents permission. In my store, we have clearly stated in our FAQ that for these circumstances, we cant offer a refund. We have also laid out our shipping policies in our FAQ and listing descriptions. I have attached proof of the immediate shipment on our end, as promised in our shipping guidelines, as well as delivery proof. I understand the customer is frustrated and feels this is unacceptable, but as a small business owner I am not able to give refunds for situations like this. As the owner of Shop Nichole Jacklyne LLC, I take pride in always doing the right thing, wether that be sending out replacement product, gift cards, or even discounts off next purchases. However, I am financially unable to refund customers for order issues like this where customers lack accountability for the access children have to their credit cards.

I would be happy to offer a discount off a next purchase or gift card to this customer, but I would appreciate this case to be disputed through the lens of small business owner that feels financial losses much greater than large corporations.

I refunded customer for her order, despite this being an order 100% delivered and completely authorized by the customer to now have taken money from a small business.Customer response
