  Where to start? 1. The photos of party accomodations advertised online are grossly outdated and false. There’s no party coordinator for anything beyond going to shooting stations. 2. There are no indoor restroom facilities, only two pot-a-potties and there were no hand washing stations. 3. Safety is an issue since I overheard and addressed another patron mention having a “.38” on his side. The comment was made in the presence of an employee. When I identified myself as a ga state officer and firearms instructor, I was greeted with, “I’m a former officer, I wouldn’t allow that.” 4. There is no organized parking ie concrete, gravel, or anyone to direct parking in a functional matter. This resulted in a muddy mess for attendees. 5. The business is licensed in TN, but is operating solely in GA. The store mentioned on their website is no longer operational and the address noted on this site was sold earlier this year. The experience that was had today was substandard for a professional company. The average patron could achieve equal satisfaction by purchasing the cheapest paintball gun and face mask and getting friends together in your backyard. Absolutely do not recommend.

  Hello, Thank you for your review. We will be reaching out directly to discuss the issues that you experienced, but we want to reply to some things here so that others can see our response. Our retail store is located in TN which is at 6853 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, TN 37421. The location that you mentioned was non operational is our old address that we moved from in May of 2022. Everything on our website and social media mentions the new store location. If we have missed something please let us know so we can get it updated. We book all of our groups out of the Lee Hwy location and run only the playing fields at the Rossville location. We have launched a new website for our new property a couple of months ago so everything has been updated on that site. After going back and looking through the site we have found one photo that could cause some slight confusion, and we are going to remove it asap and replace it with a different photo. However, there is nothing on the website that specifically advertises what our party areas look like or mentions that they include something they do not. I did hear that the group host of the group you attended had been to our previous location and that there may have been some confusion about the difference in the old location vs the new location. We are doing our best to make sure new groups that book know we do not offer indoor space like we used to. Party coordinators are not included with our groups. Our staff's job that is with the group is to make sure players are playing safely, having fun, and running their games on the field while taking care of any equipment related issues that may arise. They are also happy to help fill paintballs and air for the players. Anything specific to setting up a party, food, drinks, etc is optional and done by the party host if desired. Unfortunately there has been a ton of rain lately and it has caused us to deal with a less than ideal parking situation. We are in the process of getting a legitimate gravel parking lot and check in building built. We have been waiting on the required civil engineering plans to get completed since March. We are hopeful that it will be in place by Spring so customers have a much better parking experience. We have spread a lot of straw and mulch to try and combat the muddy situations but the constant rain has definitely made this difficult the last couple of weeks. We fully agree, it is not what we want our customers to experience. As for restrooms, we are currently using "porta potties" which are cleaned weekly by the company that we got them from. Again, this is something that is temporary until our building is built with regular restrooms. Both of them have hand sanitizer stations for hand cleaning and we do our best to spot check them throughout the days. Safety is and has always been our number one priority. The gun issue is definitely something that appears was a misheard statement and caused some confusion when you addressed it after overhearing the discussion. I have already addressed this with our field manager who I believe you spoke to and clarified what happened. One of our regular airsoft players (who is autistic and can be a bit loud) was talking to our staff about a gun he said he owns (but it was not on him). The employee you mentioned was a former military officer and he knows that having any sort of real firearm on a player while participating in games is not allowed. In over 20 years of business we have never had an issue with this and players who have their own equipment are very good about respecting gun rules and other's safety when participating. We apologize for the negative experience. We are doing our best to improve customer amenities at the new location while we are waiting for the main construction to get completed. I'm sure the rainy weather gave you a much more frustrating experience than if it had been nice out and dry. Regardless, we will work to help improve the areas that you pointed out.
