    To Whom it May Concern: I have been a paying customer of Safebox Storage for approximately two years, renting two storage units. An employee who handles maintenance and collects rents, James, suggested I move to a larger unit when one became available and consolidate, which would save money. A month ago I received a call that the unit size we discussed was available. Unfortunately, I was in the hospital having a pacemaker inserted in my chest. I explained that because of my health, I could not move my possessions without a helper. I would let him know when I could change units. I never moved in or signed a contract on the larger unit. On October 5, I went to pay for my existing units and was barred from entering by James. After conferring with his girlfriend, I was told that I owed $1100. Until I paid, I could not access any of my belongings. Respectfully, ***** ******
