      All of the negative reviews about this company are accurate. I purchased a muzzle brake that was listed as in stock. I emailed and called the company several times to ask when I could expect the item as I heard nothing from them. They basically gave me the run around for 5 days telling me they were moving to a new warehouse. Every time I call they basically said we just sell merchandise, we dont have anything to do with the online store. This is not accurate. This company has been holding my money hostage after I have asked for a refund 5 different times now. The store manager is always, on the phone or not in store. F*** these people. Please dont waste your time or money with these fraudsters.

      I purchased a firearm from The Tactical Edge online store to have shipped to my FFL. This purchase was made in September of 2020. I had read a few articles about how great of a company they were, how awesome their products are, and how helpful their service was. This coupled with the fact that I, 100% support veteran owned and ran companies, I paid well over $2K for a firearm. Since then, I have been lied to about timelines, lied to about the status of my firearm, and lied to about the responses that I would be receiving. I have had multiple email exchanges with multiple different people, all assuring me that they would get me an answer within a week, there have been several month long weeks. Upon ordering, the firearm was supposed to be shipped within 5 days. Then I was told 5 months. I've now been waiting over 3 years for their services to be rendered. I was told in an email that I cannot have a refund, and all they could do was give me store credit, which doesnt seem too helpful. After having waited over 2 years I then ask for a full refund, plus interest, because they have had my money for years, making money with my money. For this I was told I was out of line. I would love to have my firearm, but if I can't have that, my money is in need of being returned. This is not a company of good values.

      I ORDERED A RIFLE FROM THEM AND ALL I RECEIVED WAS REASONS WHY ITS NOT ****** SHIPPED. THE LATEST EMAIL I RECEIVED AFTER ALMOST 3 YEARS WAS IT WAS GOING TO BE SHIPPED ON SEPTEMBER 12 2023.       To whom it may concerned.I placed an order online for a rifle through The Tactical Edge website while I was in *********** in October of 2020. I knew at the time of the purchase the supply chain was extremely stressed especially in the firearms industry so I purchased realistically expecting to receive my rifle in the next **** months. It has now been almost 28 months since I have placed that order. I have had direct correspondence via email with both the orders department and the *** ********************************* throughout that time. Numerous time I have been blatantly lied to and given false timelines on when I would receive my rifle.After over two years of correspondence I am no longer able to reach anyone at the company. The Tactical Edge has essentially stolen my money. Meanwhile, their own website advertises new rifles in production and on their storefront shelves. As a member of the Special ******************** I feel my kindness and willingness to empathize with the supply issues has been taken advantage of. My final option at this point seems to be a legal complaint against the company. My desire is for The Tactical Edge to:1. complete the job within 30 days or/2. fully refund the purchase

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This is the same excuse that has been given to me by The Tactical Edge multiple times. On several occasions they have promised my rifle would be completed and shipped within in weeks yet have failed to deliver. They have now had my money for 28 months. No company in the firearms industry has a 28 month lead time. I either want a refund or my rifle delivered within the 30 day time frame. Any result other than that will ****** legal action against the Tactical Edge.

      Furthermore, If you call the number provided it directs you to email them. You will not be able to speak with anyone on the phone. As I mentioned previously The Tactical Edge has failed to respond to the last several emails I have sent them in regards to my order.

      I ordered a $2000 rifle on 04/21/2021. Their website advertised a military discount on the product I ordered that they didnt honor. A 6-8 lead time was advertised when I purchased it. After corresponding through email in October of 2021, I was told my rifle would be complete in November. The orders email address I was in contact with stopped replying in January of this year.I called them in April this year and was thoroughly reassured my rifle would be complete within 2 months at the absolute longest. They stopped answering their phone after this and continued not to reply to emails.I went to the tactical edge store front in June, which claims to have no information relating to their manufacturing, and was given the email of their CEO *************************. I emailed him with my concerns and he asked for an order number. He never responded after receiving my order number. I emailed him again in august asking for a refund if my rifle wasnt complete by the end of the month. He had his operations manager ************************************* email me.******** blamed aluminum prices as to why they decided not to make my rifle yet. In august he told me they were shipping orders and he would let me know where mine was in the queue. He never got back to me. After more correspondence with ********, I said again Id like a refund on 11/13/2022. Im no longer receiving responses from *****************All the while, theyve been advertising new rifles in stock ready to ship the entire time Ive been waiting.

      I am rejecting this response because: I disagree with the sentiment that the manufacturer has done their due diligence to at making an honest attempt of fulfilling orders, after they already received commission. I have been requesting a refund that I still havent received.

      I've contacted the company's Operation Manager on July 1st asking for a full refund on two items purchased on 05 September 2020 & 30 September 2020 and have not received my refund nor a response. I agreed to the purchase terms under the stated delivery times (no more than 6-8 weeks) which we are well beyond now. Prior to pressing for a refund I have been in constant communication with their Operations Manager and every assurance that has been made has not been fulfilled.

      I purchased an ***** pistol ($ ********) from Tactical-Edge Arms on 1/21/2021. I received a receipt advising my order number was #****. I have made multiple phone calls and sent more than 20 emails checking on the status of my order over the last 17 months with little to no response. I would like to receive the product I paid for. If I do not receive the firearm soon I will have no choice but to contact the ***, *** and the ******** ******** ******** Office to report interstate commerce fraud practices and seek criminal prosecution.

      On 6/13/2020 I purchased an item from this company for the amount of $****. It was listed as in stock on their website but turned out to not be in stock after corresponding with them when there was no shipping update. Because of pandemic delays I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for the item to come back in stock rather than trying to find it elsewhere. I corresponded with them multiple times since then and they never got the item in stock that I ordered, so I requested a refund on 2/23/22. They claimed they would send a refund check and it never came. I have to hound them to get an email response at this point and they give me runaround answers as to why I have not received a refund. I have the order confirmation and all of our correspondence on email, should that info be necessary for you to solve this. I want them to refund my $**** and if no authorities are involved it seems very likely they will never refund me.

      I purchased a $**** integrally suppressed *** Blackout *** from this business on 1/20/21. They were very good at withdrawing the money out of my account. They gave me an order number and that was the extent of the unsolicited information coming out of their "business." No updates whatsoever. My inquiries about the order always gets a "checks-in-the-mail" response. They blame the delay on the ***, *****, industry demand ....the excuses are endless. Communication with these ******, is through a primitive Big Commerce platform, with an anonymous person(no corporate title) who often communicates in 3rd grade grammar. I told them to forget the class 3 *** and immediately ship a pistol to my *** instead. Anything to get away from these "********" and this scam of a company. No response. The ********* AG and *** fraud departments need to investigate these people. Deliver a non class3, ****/.45 cal. ******* braced pistol and a refund for the remaining amount, or just refund the $****. For ***** sake don't do business with these people.

Also, due to the demand, we (like most other companies) take payment up front. Customer also ordered a firearm that has a restricted part on it regulated by the *** branch of the ***. These items are in high demand as well and have extended lead times as marked on our website. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/03/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE "veterans". This is the same old song and dance I have heard from these people for ** months. Their excuse that the order contains an *** class 3 item is null and void. I have given them directions to change the order to an *** braced pistol that they claim is in stock. I have also requested a refund. As in the response they gave to the ***, they ignored my request/order change, because they have no intention of filling this online order. Refund my money or send an in-stock braced pistol,...NOW! Pretty simple instructions! ** months I've had to deal with these ******. In their response, they dishonestly mention that other gun manufacturers are having the same "problems" with customer service. **!! In the last 2 years I have ordered******* pistols from ****, ***, *** County ****,Spike Tactical - nothing but prompt, professional service. Most of these companies only charge your card when they SHIP the completed weapon. During this time I ordered $*** of hard-to-get ****, high capacity, ***** magazines from an upstart veteran-run company, ***************. It took** months to get these mags delivered because of supply chain interruptions. At least once a month they contacted me( what a novel idea, the manufacturer initiates contact with the customer) with an update and an offer to refund my money. Each contact contained the name of the company rep, and their title and several contact numbers. *************** - a great company. And then there is tactical edge. They are fantastic at sucking money out of your account and then they disappear. No updates. After * months I had to contact them to find out what happened to my $****. The response, when it happened, came across their primitive *** ******** software, in the form of choppy, sometimes incoherent sentences, with anonymous, untitled(customer service rep does not exist) authors. I will be retiring soon and will be visiting Clarksville to obtain legal information about the business and its owners. I will post this information to aid all the unfortunate people that made the mistake of doing business with this derelict "company."
