    On Jan., 24, I had Don out to look at and my floor. He said yes and we wrote up a written agreement signed by Don Howell by Home Improvements. We had to scheduled for the nt day to be done the following day. We schedule for off and scheduled . Have called just about every day tyo it done. He has called said they they will out the next day, not show. I put 850.00 cash deposit with Don (I know that was stupid to do,seem to be honest. But now i know . Don't use them. The lady there told him not answer my calls. Thank You ****** *****
