I had a digital account (*********) which was paid through my credit card. In December someone gained access to that card and the bank issued me a new one, telling me all recurring charges would transfer. 3 months later my account stopped working, so I checked to see if my card had been charged, which it wasn't . I called the bank and was told media and insurance does not automatically transfer and they were sorry I was given wrong info. On March 31 I placed 2 calls to ************ and was assured they had restarted my account with new card # and after giving them the old account number they said it had been closed due to non payment. I asked them to charge the ***** to my current card number. They said it was done and I would receive an email about it which I did not. It never went on my credit card. I attempted to get this solved by calling twice again on 3/28, four times on 3/29. I tried the online chat which I have screenshots of and again calling ************ on April 1. On 13 June I sent the copies of the live chat and a check for ***** to the address listed on their online newspaper (200 ******** St). It was returned marked Attempted Not Known. I am simply trying to pay what I owe. You are my last hope to get this done.

Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/07/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) The representative from ******* acknowledged the effort I put in to try to pay my bill, processed the payment again and if it does not go through this time he will contact accounting and have the bill waived. I am ***** with this as long as nothing detrimental is put on our credit report.
