Things started great. We had a wind storm last Friday and I called Windstar Roofing and talked to Michael. He said he could come to my house Saturday morning. Michael showed up Saturday morning and was nice. He was at my house about 5 minutes. I was in need of a repair to the backside of my roof where a few shingles had blown back. We agreed to a price and Michael said he could have a crew out to my house that afternoon. I waited around and no one showed up. I was fine with that as I knew they were busy. I called on 3 consecutive days this week and left messages for Michael as no one had bothered to call or text me back. Still no communication. If my job was too small you could’ve said so and I would’ve been fine and found someone else but when you agree to a price and tell someone that you will be sending someone to my house that’s not good business. My in laws live in my subdivision and needed a repair too and Michael told me that he would stop at their house. My wife called her mother and told her that Michael was coming but she said he drove by her house and never stopped. My father and mother in law are in their 70s and my father in law is a disabled Navy veteran. I would not trust this company due to poor communication and lack of commitment and lack of integrity. I found another roofing company that came out today and repaired my roof and my in laws roof.

I apologize for not getting back with you. The 79 mile per hour winds cause a lot of damage to homes in our area and we have been working nonstop trying to get to everyone. I’m glad you were able to find someone to repair your roof and that of your inlaws.
