    On 12/6 I put a down payment of 1700 on a 14 **** explorer. The same day the **************** was completely out! I couldnt drive it anywhere for a few days because it was entirely too cold outside for me and my children. I requested for it to get fixed which took a week and it wasnt properly fixed. The heat only works a little but when Im hitting the gas, otherwise its freezing cold. Soon as I picked it up from the dealer the check engine light came on for camshaft banks 1 & 2, total of 3 codes. It was driving horrible and I was scared for my life, another time not driving it and waiting an entire week for it to be repaired. No travel for Christmas. Im missing work, and they're still requiring a payment even though Im barely driving it. Still no heat! Finally get my vehicle back and the issues still exist! Only 2 codes were resolved and there were 3 total. The mechanic told them I need a bigger job done for my heat because things are heavily rusted . They decided not to tell me and ******* 2 toddlers are still forced to drive with under 30 degree weather! Now the same code and a new code for misfire so once again it must be in shop and I am without a vehicle! They dont do any loaner cars nor discount payments. Im missing money and still no vehicle to drive because or issues and limited heat. Manager says I can exchange it just to go on vacation and the promise wasnt kept. The account manager was rude and said she didnt care about the repairs, all she kept saying was the payment is still due. Forcing me to keep the vehicle just because the tag came ***** one ever calls me back! They dont communicate to each other. Manager said nothing I said to other employees matters because it wasnt her. They always get attitudes when I call about it. I want my down ****************** back so I can find me and my children a reliable safe car. Also theyre charging me $22k total for this old SUV, $890 monthly then march $690 not af****able as they advertise. Please help!

    No one has contacted me regarding my concern or request! They just keep asking for a payment. They are so sad and money hungry it doesnt make any sense.

    I have made my car payment on time in the last few months, they came to my house today 10/23/24 saying i am 600$ behind on my payment when I have been paying weekly and bi weekly to make sure I am caught up and not behind on paying. I am getting charged way more for the vehicle in Apr and the value of the car is 3x more then bluebook.

    Purchased a car and it broke down the next day. I called and the car lot towed the car. I have called every day asking for an update. They are not giving me any information about the car. Im out my several hundred dollar down payment and my time. Please help me

    Carmart told me to trade in car then I couldn't trade in car now I can't get car back I originally had

    On May 2nd I purchased a car from this carmart location. The car completely broke down and cut off in the middle of me driving with my daughter in the car. Carmart picked up the car and then told me they would diagnose it and call me back and tell me what the issue was and further steps. It is now May 31st and I still have yet to receive a call from anyone. I have been calling Carmart everyday for the last 3 weeks only for them to tell me the service manager will call me back and the service manager never calls me back. I was told by the ** my car would be ready Friday May 17. That friday comes and nobody calls me or anything. I have to call back the following week just to be told that the service manager wasnt even in town. So when I was told the car was being worked on it really wasnt. Now they are calling me for payments but i havent even had the car but a week they have had my car for over 3 weeks and still are not returning my phone calls.

    I bought my car on February 16th, 2024, a few days after that I noticed that One of my headlights was out and one of my brake lights were out. Upon getting new headlights and new brake lights when installing the new headlight I realized my car didnt have a windshield wiper fluid cap. April 4th, 2024 I was in the parking lot of ******* and my car would turn on but it wouldnt start fully. I called them they said there was nothing they could do besides recommend a mechanic. I bought a new battery and had ******* put it in where they said its not the battery its the starter. I got a new starter and that still didnt fix the problem, turns out it was the fuse. April 14th, 2024 I started having transmission problems. I called them the next day and told them what was going on and they said to bring it in and theyll have their mechanic check on it. I brought it in and we waited three hours for them to tell me that its not a transmission issue and that it probably just needs to be flushed and that I can take my car home and bring it back when they called me and told me to. two days later I had another notification pop up on my dashboard that told me that my transmission was at fault and then I needed to service now. I called them and told them again and they said that they would order a transmission and I could bring it in when it got there and they fix it. Ive called every day since then for them to fix it and they keep telling me in the next week I can bring it in and theyll fix it. It is now May 6th, ******************************************************************** that theyre working on finding someone to fix it. its been four weeks and theyre still expecting me to find a way to pay my car payment when I havent been able to make it to work because of them.

    On August 8th of 2023, I purchased a vehicle from Car-mart of ***********, **. The vehicle had a check engine light on, my sales agent and I went to go get the check engine light diagnosed before completing the transaction for my vehicle.The light was diagnosed as a simple electrical issue, I agreed to go through with the purchase barring any other issues with the vehicle. The car was also making a very loud roaring noise, that was never explained nor discussed with me during the purchase, which I later found out was due to a rusted and cracked exhaust pipe, at the time of purchase I thought it was just due to someone attempting to modify the vehicle, it was not. A few weeks later I took the vehicle back to the store to discuss the violent shaking of the vehicle when I was driving, the manager told me,to not drive so fast and did not attempt to actually address or fix the issue. I later found out that the violent shaking was not due to my speed,as I was driving with the flow of traffic at all times, it was actually due to one of the tires being bigger than the other 3, with the vehicle being all wheel drive and not having matching tires the car has now started to experience transmission issues. After approximately 3 or 4 months of having the vehicle the car became inoperable, I replaced the battery two times and eventually had to buy a new starter for the vehicle, when I took the vehicle to my mechanic he did not begin to work on the vehicle until the next morning,after he placed the vehicle on the lifted carriage he called me right away and asked me to come to the shop to see exactly what was going on with this vehicle before he began to work on it. Upon arrival he showed me the rusted exhaust, bolts and screws were loose and missing, loose wires were hanging across the drive shaft and were melting, my mechanic is also the one who told me that the tires were not all the same size. The mechanic then deemed the car unsafe to drive.

    I bought a 2012 ****** Juke November 2022 from Carmart ********** **. From then up to this date, it has been in shop 11 times, and then 2 months. I got it back December 30th, 2023, to drive it 18 days, and it's broken down again. Contracted them again. Have asked several times for a different vehicle because obviously this car has a serious problem. Each time they refuse, and fix it yet again for it to continue to break down. I cannot work, due to not having sufficient transportation. If I get a job, I lose it cause my car breaks down. I explained to them I am now in a financial bind, behind on my bills because of vehicle. However, I have never missed a payment. I'm at a loss here because 11 times and 2 months of car trouble and no solutions.

    I have made contact with carmart stillwater.  I have received another vehicle to which I have been in contact with General manager about other issues with new vehicle.  At this point I'm told parts are being ordered to be repaired.  I tried making contact with ******* who is over maintenance to inform her of some lights coming on dash board. Waiting to hear back on this issue and to see if it will be resolved.  Also will discuss why, I'm being charged a double payment when just receiving this car. Issues are getting better but far from over.

    We keep getting no where as to why they haven't gotten our actual license plates and they keep giving paper tags..I pay $549 a month for a vehicle that seems that can't be tagged so they either need to give us a better explanation or put us in a different vehicle that can be tagged..

    In all honesty I would prefer if they let us know when said paper work is at the county clerks office sooner then later as we prefer to transfer our disabled tags to said vehicle and we can't do that without said paperwork and a assigned license plate..

    Voluntarily turned in a vehicle. Dealership sold the vehicle probably for full value. But Im being charged like I still own the vehicle. They are garnishing my wages, I am paying almost ****** a month for something I do not own. If they would have disclosed the fact that I would still be paying for the vehicle I gave back voluntarily and they sold with no problem I would have kept it. I dont think its fair that I am paying for something I dont own. I voluntarily gave it back because it was causing a financial hardship now they are taking money from me every two weeks. If thats the case where is my car at considering I am making a car payment.
