      This debt does not belong to me and may have been reported in error. I have no knowledge of this debt, and the collection agency has failed to provide adequate proof of its validity despite my numerous requests for it. I am not liable for this account. I do not have a contract with the collection agency. They refused to provide me with the original contract as requesed. The collection agency has violated my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), specifically by failing to validate the debt within 30 days. I am requesitng that National Recovery collections agency cease all inaccurate reporting of this account to credit reporting agencies and immediate remove this collection from my credit report.

      I asked this company for a debt verification letter and the contract with the company they are collecting for and I have not received one. All my medical bills have been paid.

      Hi,

      I was never notified anything about this new agreement or even contacted by anyone to be notified about what this contract is and when it started or was even about to start. It randomly appeared on my credit profile and I noticed it recently. So, I attempted to contact them during business hours multiple times to try and get clarification or even come up with an agreement, I wasnt sure if it was a scam or not, as long they could provide me with details of the agreement with the original creditor and with myself and how to resolve. After finally speaking with someone on the phone. They said they would get back to me regarding my questions and my requests on how to move forward. I have never heard a response. Please remove this from my credit, and let me know if there is anything I can do to help you resolve this.

I do not see that any of our agents reached back out to let you know the client's agreement and I do apologize for the delay in that notification.       I am rejecting this response because: Firstly,  I would like thank you for your response and for accepting my offer. I am glad that this is being resolved. The reason for this rejection is that you did not include that you would remove the debt from my credit report. I was not made aware in any attempt that this account was in a negative balance and I found out through ****** ***** recently right before the phone call . No one contacted me to request a payment before during or after this was moved into collections, it was simply sold off without my knowledge, if I would have known and the original creditor would have notified me, I would have resolved it sooner. Regardless, I am glad they have accepted the offer but I would also need a statement in your response, that this will also be removed from my credit report after payment has transferred to you successfully . This resolution would make financial amends for both parties.

      I am not liable for the debt with NATIONWIDE RECOVERY SV or HAMILTON COUNTY. I don’t have a contract with Nationwide Recovery Service & they did not provide me with the original contract. I have attached the letter asking them for both a breakdown of fees including any and all collections costs and medical charges and a copy of my signature with the provider of service (********HAMILTON COUNTY EMS) to release my medical information to Nationwide Recovery Services. I have also included in the dispute letter that they immediately cease any credit bureau reporting until the debt has been validated by me or face legal liability for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Nationwide Recovery Services (Acc #********) is still reporting this to the credit bureaus which has severely decreased my credit rating. Again, I am requesting that Nationwide Recovery Services immediately remove this remark from my credit report or face legal liability for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices.

      I just got this notification to my email today. I went into my credit wise report to see what it was I do not know who these people, Nationwide Recovery Sv., are nor do I know why this is on my account. I would like this removed as soon as possible. This is Fraudulent.

      Sent over to collection when I was told to wait to pay as they did not know the amount I needed to pay since insurance claim was submitted late on 6/13/24. I never received the bill from ** ******* ********** but recieved the bill from the collection dated 7/9/24. Unable to contact Nationwide Recovery Service. Their phone number, ************, is always having "technical difficulty"
