On august 8 I went to Aspen dental to have a tooth pulled. Upon arriving they try to hard sell me on this care credit credit card.. the real scam though came when I got home. I had a tooth pulled, and on my way, leaving the Dental establishment they gave me a ”goodie bag” what they don’t tell you though is that they charge you for everything in this goodie bag. Includes 135 dollars for a toothbrush, 32 dollars for toothpase, 33 dollar ls for mouthwash. It is a total scam. They try to make you sign up for care credit, which is a credit card and then upon you signing up, they max it out up front for their services. They make it seem like such a good deal but they don’t tell you that part. They also don’t tell you that they are going to charge you for anything else they give you on the way out of the building. They will not give you a price list or an itemized receipt. I had to complain to the Attorney General to get an itemized receipt. I want a full refund of the $200 for these items I did not ask for that were given to me, and did not say they cost anything. I want this business to refund me $200 for these items that they did not make clear cost anything, and that they portray as being free. I’m a young man and I can read but this type of behavior is totally predatory upon old people who can’t read and don’t know any better. CareCredit is a complete scam.
