      I ordered parts for my propane fireplace and the parts I received did not have a protection coating to keep them from rusting. I contacted Hearth and Grille Sales and spoke with Kera and she filed the claim for me for replacement parts. I received the replacement parts and the shipping service damaged the parts so again I contacted Kera at Hearth and Grille Sales .I sent her photos of the damaged parts and again she ordered replacement parts. I received the replacement parts and all is well. I can not thank Kara enough for filing the claims and great communications. I do highly recommend the company and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. They are a top notch company and stand behind their products, Thank You again so much!
