      My bank account was compromised. People who compromised my account made a purchase from here with my card and shipped supplies to my house. I sent them back as a RETURN TO SENDER and unopened. Because they shipped these supplies my bank can not refund my money. I have sent a letter confirming this with the company and they refuse to refund me. Horrible, terrible customer service. Do not purchase from them. I have sent proof, the bank has called and confirmed that they need to refund me. They are refusing the $490 back to me. They have confirmed that the order was fraudulent as the phone number was not mine and the email was not mine. The customer care lady told me I have to wait until their office in CA clears the information and can take another 45 days. They should have cleared this on November 9, 2021 when Matt E. was sent the paper work from me and the bank.

Regardless of the fraud, the material was returned back to you.       Date of Purchase was 10/4/21. Order #******** .Electronic Control Board 5701M754-60 / AP4397613. Cost was $357.83. The part did not work for my problem. Their website said 365 day return. I returned the item and they said they cannot refund my money because it was installed. I said in that case just send me the part back. They said they already disposed of item. So they kept the part and the money. Either give a refund or ship my item back to me. They refuse.

Please, make sure your return is securely packaged in its original or compatible packaging. Parts must be in resalable condition. All gas and electrical parts must not have been installed. AppliancePro never said the returned item would be disposed of. If I would have known that I would have not sent it back. Item was disposed of within one day after receiving it. They should have waited for a response.       Hello I ordered A part From AppliancePartsPros.com the purchase for Dryer Part on 07/14/2021 was told it arrive by 07/23/2021 a Dryer Lint Catcher I also Paid 60.37 plus extra Shipping they took the money out of My account I called the number 1-877-477-7278 and they would hang up after first ring its now 08/21/2021 I have not received anything at my Residence I would not recommend this company until they can use good Faith I would like either Full return or the product ordered! My question to this company is are you Scamming us? Time to check into this Company are you fraudulent or Real? I Would like either the Part Delivered or Refund please just Justice please

The order was not charged due to being cancelled as we do not charge for an order until it ships. An email was sent on 7/24/22021 to explain the information to the email address on file for this order. At this time, a new order will need to be placed. If you are referring to a different order number, please provide the order information and we'll be glad to look into this further.

      I visited the company's website and entered a product model number. The website generated a list of replacement parts which I selected from, however, once my email order confirmation came through I noticed that the part number listed did not match what I selected and paid for. I contacted the company less than an hour from when I placed the order and asked them to cancel it so that I did not waste money on shipping because the part that was listed in the order confirmation was wrong. Customer service was dismissive and said they could not cancel the order because it had already shipped. The website order page said it had not shipped and the customer service could not provide me a tracking number. Now I have to pay over $30 in shipping costs to receive and return the part that was incorrectly listed in my order. All of this is in direct contradiction to the written return policy provided on the website. I want the company to reimburse me for shipping.

We try our best to provide you with the quickest service possible. Once the order enters the shipping process, we are unable to cancel the orders. Reviewing the customer information advising that our site suggested the wrong part, we will be sending a return label to have the item returned. Once received a full refund will be issued on the order.
