    I left my existing shoe inserts at Dr. *********** office on March 21st, 2023. The inserts were supposed to be refurbished. After numerous calls to their office said they lost the inserts and never were sent out. I went into the office on July 19th, 2023 and the foot doctor had his worker (*****) mold my feet at their expense to be sent out to the lab they use. So again I keep calling every week to find out if the new inserts are back from the lab. The girl who answers the phone keeps telling me the same thing. That they are not back. And that the lab is behind. Today, I spoke to ***** and she said that Dr ********* has taken the issue on himself and called the lab. I asked the name of the lab but she didn't know it. I have a lower back issue, a herniated disk, and my back has been bothering me more each day. I see a pain doctor and even with medication my back is much better with the inserts. These inserts cost around $350. I either want the inserts or the money so I can go to another podiatrist. Now 6 months later nothing is resolved. Any help would be much appreciated.
