    For the past few months our water has been going out periodically at our house from anywhere from a few minutes to hours at a time. We have called and even gone by Anderson County Water Authority several times to get this fixed. This has not been fixed and has only gotten worse. It's to the point that I have not been able to do laundry, wash dishes, or even take a shower for the past 2 days. We have 3 kids that live at home, so this issue is extremely upsetting to them and us. We are beyond frustrated and desperate to get this resolved!

    Contacted this business; however, all I received was a rude reception from the male answering the telephone and the individual disconnected the call. I call this business back and received the same rude reception. The second time I called, I ask for a supervisor and she was rude and obnoxious. I have not water pressure and this business is doing nothing to resolve the issue.

    The Complaint called and reported this issue after hours, according the ACWA's answering service, they received the first call at 6:52pm on a recorded line and the complaint hung up or the call was lost. The complaint called back at 6:53 pm and requested to talk to a supervisor. A representative at the Answering service stated he did not give name and phone number and the complaint hung up or the call was lost, during the conversation. They however found his information from caller ID and call log at the request of ACWA inquiry of the details of this call.  The complaint never left a message for Anderson County Water Authority to call complaint back nor the complaint never called during office hours and spoke to an employee at Anderson County Water Authority. It is ACWA's understanding therefore this is not an on-going issue.  ACWA will be happy to talk with or help the complaint if this is still a issue regarding his water pressure or any issues that he may have.
