      I ordered a variety of granola bars from sun belt two months ago and received a shipment on November 1, 2024. I was pleased with the order and thought that was the end of that. Within November, I got another shipment with the same order. I contacted the company and asked them why am I receiving more orders. I was informed that is was a subscription and that would have to cancel the subscription. I asked to be removed from the subscription. I went online to both sunbelt and Shopify to remove my card and address to avoid getting any more shipments. Please note the sunbelt website makes it difficult to get anything canceled, they redirect you many times. On this date, I received an email saying that my order was confirmed. I am not authorizing these purchases. It is fraudulent and deceiving to use my card and bank information without my consent or any means of denying the transaction. I am calling for a refund of this order and to to confirm in writing that I will no longer have any shipments sent to me. I’ve tried calling the headquarters, and I am being redirected. Someone is picking up the phone and not talking. I called the orders department and no answer. I left a voicemail asking for them to cancel and return my call. The departments hours of operation is 6am to 3pm. I called today at 11:10am and there was no answer. I truly believe there is something wrong going on here and I would like this matter to be investigated so that others do not fall victim to these wrongful business practices.

      We replied to your email(11/30) about the subscription on 12/2 informing you how to edit/cancel the subscription.  You replied "Understood" but the subscription wasn't edited and the next order was shipped. We have since cancelled your subscription.

      We are sorry for the frustration.  Our team was trying to help guide you to a solution.

      To Whom It May Concern, For 50 years I have purchased a minimum of 1 box of devil dogs per week. This is a pastime I look forward to every evening. Unfortunately, this recent purchase was unsatisfactory. I had purchased 2 boxes of devil dogs this prior week with an expiration / best used by 04/07/2024, I had opened my first box and the first devil dog was stale tasting to say the least. I decided to open the second box to ensure this was not a fluke, and the same outcome. Being that the date is almost 3 weeks away, I would appreciate replacements for these boxes as I am a lifelong devil dog fan. I have included pictures of the second box opened with the date attached.       Bought a box of Little Debbie Swiss Rolls on 12/05/2023 at a local business, when I got home and opened it there 5 packs of 2 Swiss cake and 1 pack of smashed, flatten cake ends, ( see attached picture of what I'm talking about ), I have always loved Little Debbie's cakes since I was a kid , hopefully you can resolve this for me where I can continue to love your products Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you soon

      We have 100 vending machines and are POWER sellers on Amazon. On average we spend about $800.00 a month on their products from Sam's Club and BJ's Wholesale Club, Little Debbies alone is a big seller. Drakes Ring Dings and the Devil Dogs too, BIG SELLERS. We distribute their snacks all over the NEW YORK, area. We have been doing this for 15 years. Having full distributing rights for ********* products to sell on Amazon is an honor, after two years of doing so, Amazon sent us an email with a listing of Little Debbie's and there is a lot of sellers on this listing, we accepted and was approved by Amazon to sell this item. We felt great about it because we always sell Mckee Foods in our vending machines everyday NOW we get a violation from Amazon Rights owner details: -- **** *********  -- ************************  Rights owner communication: The information on the product detail page is using Little Debbie registered intellectual property. The Cakes brand is not associated with McKee Foods and should not be using Little Debbie trademarks on product detail pages. The company seems to be mad at us and all we do is sell their products all day long.       They said they will do nothing, they stated in an email they can not retract anything on Amazon.

      Amazon has stated to us any brand owner can retract and violate any sellers back and forth all they want.

      We have check their listing and they have hundred's of third party sellers on all of thier listing on Amazon, BUT not us.

      PLUS we have no rights to sell their products at all they stated.

      We have returned our last order to Sam's Club in ******** **

      WE WILL NO LONGER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN.

      This is porly run family business and we will NEVER run our business they way they do.

      We have swtiched to ******* Brand of products effective immediately.

      ******* brand also gave us rights to sell thier products online.

      We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter and provide the necessary clarification.  In response to the complaint filed against McKee Foods Corporation under reference number ********* as the Little Debbie brand owner, we are committed to ensuring consumer satisfaction and to maintaining the highest standards for our products.  While we do not have direct control over third-party sellers on platforms like Amazon, we actively monitor and enforce our brand policies to protect consumers from inaccurate information, counterfeit products, or any unethical practices.  During a routine scan of the Amazon marketplace, we identified 21 product pages providing unclear and inaccurate information to consumers.  Amazon was provided the list of product pages and took the appropriate action against numerous sellers in accordance with Amazon Brand Name Policy.  In this case, we ask that McKee Foods is named as the manufacturer of the Little Debbie brand, the correct UPC is used, and Little Debbie is listed as the brand name on the product detail page.

      We understand Amazon is an open marketplace with a plethora of sellers but want to emphasize our commitment is to ensuring consumers have a positive experience when purchasing our products.  We hope you choose to continue selling our products following the Amazon Brand Name Policy, Amazon Product Detail Page Rules, and ASIN Creation Policy listed below.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Any Brand owner has the right to retract violations on Amazon from great customers who sell their products (like us).

      You could have retracted this Amazon violation for just us ONLY, after all we are a serious company that was spending thousands of dollars on your products a year.

      We are the ONLY seller on Amazon to even file this bbb.org complaint, again we sell your products in vending machines for the past 10 years and only had 6 orders on Amazon.

      You could have reached out to us and made an exception, just for us, instead of ignoring us and leaving us no choice but to file a complaint.

      To ignore emails and not return a phone call is the main reason this complaint was even filed in the first place.

      We know all Amazon policies very well. What you did was, after we reached out to you on the BBB.org, because you would not take our calls nor answer any emails and we shared our story of loyalty;

      you would have made an exception just for us out of all of the other third party sellers on Amazon who never sell any of your products at all, and they do not have a vending machine business, spending thousands of dollars a year on your products. 

      Considering the weird world we are now living in today, and from one family business to another, you do not care and have chosen to not make any exceptions for our company at all, which is sad.

      Between the not answering our emails and phone calls until this complanit was filed and the no exceptions for our company at all, again

      you have given us no choice, WE WILL NO LONGER SELL YOUR PRODUCTS.

      Purchased three boxes of Devil Dogs for children during Thanksgiving holiday. We have a house of about 30 people. It keeps the kids Happy especially if they don't like the grown up dessert. All three boxes were stale. I know this because my husband had one. I agree there's a bad taste.iga grocery store would not exchange due to open boxes and germs they say. Covid-19 related. I paid $ $4.79 per box. I phoned phone number on box and was given a bad time by customer service representative. She chastised me told me I was mistaken and there was nothing wrong with the product. I was appalled at this kind of customer service. The agent was very rude and condescending. About 3 minutes in I decided to hang up the phone and could not deal with this person. I am asking that my Devil Dogs be replaced plain and simple. Thank you get out of there
