On 9/9/21 I had two iron doors, double front door and single back door, delivered and installed. Total value of both doors = $11,542.72. Since the installation I've experienced issues with the door locks and opening mechanisms on both doors. The front doors opening door latch no longer works. The second door needs to be rekeyed. I was told that by the week of 10/4 someone would be out to rekey the locks. After 4 calls no one has shown up. I keep calling and my request continues to fall on deaf ears. The week of 10/11 I noticed that now the front door latch no longer works. I contacted the office again on 10/19 about the door that needs to be rekeyed, and the front door that now they opening latch is inoperable. The person answering the phone stated that she would provided my concerns to the owner. I never received a call from anyone or the owner. Extremely disappointed in the poor response and level of customer service!Business response
