    I recently bought a car from sunrise collierville. When I got the car the back seat was broken it was not attached, I was told to come back and they would fix it and I did but nothing was fixed. The engine light popped on a few weeks after me having the car and when I took it to get a diagnostic I was told when the car was taken through inspection they turned the lights off to look as if nothing was wrong. A few weeks ago my turbo charger in the car started going out which cause the engine to mess up. When I got the turbocharger fixed I was told the old one was very old and never changed and it was on wrong which made it harder to take off. Recently the car has been stopping in the middle of me driving it which is very unsafe. I tried going back to sunrise I even called them and had to call 5 times in order to talk to a manager. They recommended me to do a trade in with a co-signer which I do not have and the other option was paying 6000. I am very unsatisfied and its very unsafe driving the car. I pay ****** a month for a bad unsafe car.

    Where do I begin when I initially purchased my vehicle I loved it, I didnt have a hard time as my salesman ***** was the best. My complaints is that Ive taken my vehicle in this last time and the unit was kept for about a week for a check engine light paid about 1200 for repairs the exact day I picked my vehicle up the C/E light comes back on I then take my truck in for a recall issue and advise the service technician **** after calling daily and leaving VMs prior to me coming for this recall issue a week later, he stated it is now reading Catylic converter issue, BS and that I would have to bring unit back in keep in mind more money for a diagnostic that I dont have, how is that even possible I feel like the C/E light was manipulated until it left the lot how did they not see it? Im not spending another dime on this unit because this isnt the first time where I paid over 1k for some repairs aka C/E light and it was allegedly fixed until I made it home and the light came back on Im a female who works hard for my money and to keep my unit up running I dont have money to be thrown around because the service department cant do a full diagnosis and tell me what is actually wrong instead of sending me home saying they fixed it and another issue arrive after they have kept the unit for a week. Worse mistake I could have made. I regret my purchase now. There is no way this could be right taking advantage of people.
