    Had a large amount of damage result of flooding, the contractors told me I would need to leave my home due to the extent of the damage. walls being knocked out, the floor had to be torn out and the house would need to be treated for mold. The last of ***** I called and made reservations at the Richland Inn. After the contractors told me they needed me during the assessment and mitigation of the property. I immediately called the Richland Inn to change my check in date, sent numerous messages and phone calls leaving messages with no success.The time of this booking was ***** 27,2023 at 6:07 pm on 9/4/2023 an email was sent to me and the it said receipt. I never checked in and been communicating every since that time . Today the email said we have a strict policy NO REFUNDS. I have had no sucess and out of options.
