On 06/08/2022 my debit card was charged a total of $1903.89 without my authorization. This was done by various transactions all on the same day. On that same day I reported this fraud to my bank (One Bank of Tennessee). They noted the incident, closed my debit card, and told me to wait for the money to be refunded and not to fill out a dispute yet. On the next two days I got refunded a total $1306.93 but the rest ($601.96) was still charged. I went to my bank again (06/10/2022) and asked for an update on the rest of the money and whether I should finally file a dispute. They still told me to wait but I insisted, so they only filed an affidavit on two transactions only. I spoke with another bank employee and finally I got them to file a affidavit on all the rest of the disputed charges. To this date I have one disputed charge that has not been refunded, which is for a total of $500.00 (TIP TO ********** 3 ** ********). I have received not answer as to this charge. By the way, this charge of $500 was made at 5:00 in the morning and it shows that it was a tip (to a restaurant, I suppose). At that time I was at work.

Twice I’ve had my account locked without any notifications asking if it was me who made the suspected fraudulent charge or not. Both times it happened on the weekend, which you can not reach anyone at all till Monday. So I had no card to use or purchase anything with. I also just recently had a charge that I did not do and I was contacted this time but when I went to the bank to have a new card issued I was told I will now be charged $10 for it. I can understand if I had lost my card that $10 would be the cost to replace it but when I’m already the one who is inconvenienced I don’t think charging a customer $10 is right or very good customer service. This bank is the worst bank I have banked with and will be closing my account.
