    Contact was made with the company in an attempt to get a quote. They mandated that paperwork was filled out and completed and information on debit card information was turned over to get a price as well as to be able to get a time for the reservation. It was repeatedly stated that we did not want to confirm a reservation. They reached back out stating that the price has not increased by 200 dollars for previously undisclosed taxes and additional fees. At this time is was stated that we would not continue to work with them, as the price just increased by 33% from the original quote that was made about an hour earlier. The company has charged ***** dollars to the card as a cancelation for a reservation that was not approved from our end from the beginning. This business practice is being purposely used to attempt to trap potential customers and take advantage of misleading business practices.

    I believe that this is an error with the business name. SOS Towing & Recovery Services LLC is the name of my business. We are located in ************* and tow only in our local area, we do not tow in *********, ** and we do not accept credit card payments over the phone. We also do not take reservations for any towing or services. We require the owner of the vehicle to pay in person and sign the invoice before we touch any vehicle. the majority of our business is law enforcement rotation calls within Putnam **********  I am aware of several scam dispatch companies online and it maybe that they have SOS in their name.  I do know that we have not charged this person's card please let me know if there is any proof that I can provide to resolve this issue. Thank you

    I just called Mr ****** he stated that the company he dealt with was actually called ************. I have sent him a copy of our business license to confirm that we are SOS ********************** & ******************************************* LLC and have also attatched it to this message.
