    4/6/22, office visit and paid *****. i signed to sheet of document for a credit check. I was not given a copy and no contract. 4/29/22, deposited ******** dollars into Residential ********* account. In April ******************** asked did I get the refund check back on my mortgage insurance. She told me to deposit that money into her account because she had to send it back to the mortgage company. I called the mortgage company and told me that she did not sent the money back to them. On April 29, 2022, I texted ******** about paying the mortgage and she told me not to pay the mortgage anymore until after the modification. 5/4/2022, ******** text me and asked for personal information on *******************, SS number and birthdate for the mortgage company. 6/7/2022, I deposited ****** dollars into Residential ******** account. ******************** texted me and told me the payment was late and the late fee is *****. She stated that all payments are due before the 5th of each month. 7/5/2022, My brother deposited ****** dollars into Residential **** Bank accountant. 7/13/22, I email ******** in regarding papers that I received from PHH mortgage. I email the papers back to the company. 8/23/22 ******** responded back to me by email saying she returned the papers to the mortgage company. 9/9/22, I requested an itemized invoice from ***************** 9/12/22, ******** send me an explanation of her fees. 9/14/22 ******** send me a contract that I never seem I mentioned that I was not given a contract. I email ******** and requested an Itemized invoice and I have not received one as of this date. 9/20/22, I sent ******** a certified letter requesting a refund of all monies paid to her for services not rendered. I have not heard anything from her. I have paid ********. ******** was to provide mortgage assumption and modification. I want a full refund back for services not provided. No, resolution and ******** is demanding for more money or no service.
