We used Precision Door a few years ago for a gate at our first home. The customer ********************** was terrible and it took months to get our gate installed without much contact from the company. Since we liked the gate once it was finally installed, we decided to try them again at our new home. August 2nd, 2023 we paid $5,717.62 to Precision Door for a gate. They said initially it would take 4-6 weeks to get everything installed. After two months without any progress, we have called for an update about every week and they said they need to email the office manager and will call us back. They verify our phone number but we have received ZERO communication from them.Business response
