      New tenant. Made a report of a leak in my kitchen on 4/2. Yes I know it's been storming. The first maintenance response came in at 8am 4/3,which was good timing. But later around 12:56 that afternoon I received a text asking for me to send pictures which I already sent pictures and video. Ended up speaking with someone. Soon received a text stating that a vendor would contact us to make an appointment. So it's 4/4 and had not heard from a vendor. My husband called the office and then we were told again that a vendor would be out. He then arrived around 5:55pm. Found a hole in the roof he stated he would send Premier pictures. My issue with that is the rain had stopped for a good time. At least a tarp could have been placed over the hole. Can't prepare food. Nasty rain water leaking all over my counter top,sink and floor. I'm using bath towels and buckets. I hope staff and a none existence maintenance department is staying dry.

      I have been a tenant for over 10 years with Premier Properties. I recently leased a new home with them. My agents ***** and ****** ***** were wonderful to me. They were honest about my rental options and worked with me for the best solutions. I have had many life challenges such as the deaths of a love ones and lack of employment. However, Premier Property Management and the owner were extremely understanding, supportive, and flexible. At the end of the day, my expectations were met and my overall experience has been great.

      Rude and Racist!! Provided all documentation thats were needed from the courts to attorneys and apartment managers to still get called liars and told to find another company I guess they never seen educated hardworking black people before! I definitely dont recommend them! **** attitude was definitely horrible!!

      We spoke with Mr/Ms **** and discussed that there were 2 evictions on their credit/public record. 1 in 2024 was discussed as forgery as someone used his identity. Another from 2023 was in fact correct, and therefore disqualifying per our rental requirements. The applicant agreed to and admitted that this was in fact correct. We certainly do not discriminate on any protected classes, but we do hold applicants to our documented rental requirements as a fiduciary to our owners. Pleas let me know if I can assist further.

      Former tenant they stole my deposit and never even contacted me about returning it!! It's been months and I still haven't heard anything!! Then they find a way to lie to keep your deposit!

      They the worse company ever my grandma is elderly they putting them out for no reason sent a letter saying they gotta leave my grandma pays her rent on time do not rent from premier property management

      They will not fix my leaking roof. It's been leaking for 2 years. Spreading more hot tar only makes the leaking water brown.

      Well my name **************** was a previous tenant for premier property management. All I can say is they are liars both the owner ******* and ******* the assistant whatever you want to call her where liars and still are liars So if anyone read this take it serious every thing look good aint really they are scammers both of them good day

      All premier does is take your money and leave. I paid $120.00 in application fees. I found a couple of houses they had for rent. I was told one house was no longer available. I never got to see the inside of that house. I talked to the neighbor across the street from that house and its still vacant and still for rent. So I went with the second house. I finally got to see that one so I told them I would like to rent the house. I did everything they told me to do. Finally I talked to ****** who let me know I did not qualify to rent the house with both me and my son's income. She started talking down to me letting me know we only qualify for a house with rent of $1,020 a month. I knew that was not true. So they kept my $120.00 application fees. I went with another company and within an hour i got a better house in better condition for the same price I would have rented the house premier said I didn't qualify for. I was able to rent this hiuse without a co signer, too. Now how is that possible? If i didnt get approved with premier how did i get approved with another company who also uses your monthly salary times 3? With premier i could have gotten a co signer and as ****** said "maybe gotten approved" but I wasn't going to fight it. They didn't want my actual business, they wanted my money and, well they got it. ****** learned I will never call premier again and I will not refer anyone to premier. Premier does not answer their phones or emails. So I am sure if I had a maintenance issue they would not respond. So if you want a good company to rent from go somewhere else.

      Only been renting from this management company for 9months. The lease they kept changing things in it. Rude management staff do not respect tenants at all. Called the police on me because they illegally changed my locks while I was at work. While I was still in my lease term. They are very very discriminatory and racist when they white lady downstairs has 4 dogs that smell up the property but management told me that I was violating a lease. That never stated that no pets were allowed. Told me pets are not allowed on the property but the lady downstairs has her dogs all around and on the property. They have overcharged me for a late fee of $50.00 for 9 months when the law states that a tenant has tilI the 5th of the month before late fees 5% can be applied. I would not recommend this company to anyone...they have no respect for tenants or tenants of African Americans of Black color skin especially woman. They are not the trustworthy management company their staged photos of their properties seem. The properties are nothing like the falsified pictures they put online websites.

      I am a 70 year old retired and a tenant for two years. I'm blessed I have only had couple maintenance issues. But the Hispanic lady that called me to address my issue talked to me like a dog. I sure it's a tough business and dealing with tenant issues can get crazy. It's people like her that you have to do business by phone. If you had to look some of these tenants in the face, in my case, she wouldn't had all that gorilla in her voice. You don't have to face the tenants and all tenants aren't problem tenants. No respect for tenants!

      Apologies to *************** if any offense was made. That is certainly not our intention. Whenever a work order is requested, we have a certain set of questions to ask in order to diagnose the problem accordingly so that we may send the appropriate vendor to repair the issue accordingly as quickly as possible. In this instance we are/were needing to know if we need to send a plumber or an vac technician. We will follow up with ******************** to remedy the issue at hand, and work with our team to prevent unnecessary hostility in this process moving forward. Thank you.
