    I bought a rainbow vacuum that probably was a demo model. All the pieces aren't here. No contact when I call the number and financing wasn't explained!! Product doesn't work at all!! Broken. I want my money back.

    The unit that the complainant purchased was a brand new unit. We dont have or sell demo models. I personally sold this one so I know the customer received everything that came with it. I have not received any calls or messages from this customer. If there is a problem we are more than happy to fix it under warranty as they have only had it since 12/2021 (14 months) and it has a 4 year warranty. We fully explain financing to customers and the lender did a full verification with explanation at the time of purchase. We do not have any kind of money back guarantee. All customers have a 3 day recession period in which they can return the unit without obligation. Will be glad to help the customer by servicing their unit if it isnt working properly.
