On January 4, 2023, Action failed to order a part for my HVAC and let us freeze for five days until I called and dunned them. On March 25, 2023 the HVAC again failed and when they came out they claimed it was a bad fan and wanted $1,000 to fix it. Instead since the unit was about 14 years old I decided to replace the unit and first got an outrageous bid from them for an inferior rated unit (Rheem). So I had other companies come and give me bids. When one of those other company came out they examined the unit and determined that Action had screwed up as he found it was merely a bad terminal and fixed it for nothing. They also quoted a first line HVAC unit (American Standard) for $2,000 less than Action did. I also discovered that they had been charging me to clean the system and the outside condenser was full of leaves and debris so they had not done what I paid them for (I have picture which is attached). I had prepaid for the next year maintenance service and asked for a refund and fired them. Instead of returning my money Action had the gall to send me a bill for their service call where they clearly wrote down the misdiagnosed problem with my HVAC (see bill) and totally failed to detect the real problem. I want my money for the service contract back and have no intention of paying the bogus bill their incompetent technicians made up. In fact, they should pay back what I paid in previous years since they did not do the work of cleaning the system that they were being paid for!
