              Our daughter, granddaughter and son in law live at ******************************************************************************************. During the wind storm a month and half ago, the wind ripped their power line along with a piece of electrical equipment off their home. The power line has been dangling ever since! Theyve contacted Dickson Electric numerous times pleading for them to repair this. Dickson Electric keeps saying youre added to our wait list. Last night because of overload to the remaining power line intact, their house sparked throwing out all electricity and smoked their home inside. Weve called Dickson Electric again notifying how dangerous this is but theyre saying our daughter and son in law have to hire an electrician to repair this before they can repair the power line??? Theyve lost all of their food and without power for day 2. Help! Please help us

              They charge what they want and do not have a good grid service. Electric goes out and or flickers 3-4 times a week. Also it's been almost 6 months and the engineers do not know how to properly draw plans that the state will accept. No one to hold them accountable. They only take cash. If you pay with a dc/cc you are charged a fee. Or they provide a ATM in there lobby for a fee. This should be illegal
