    Purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 5/17/24. The payoff amount for my trade in was around $2100 that the dealership agreed to pay. *********** Finance auto drafted the next payment although I had cancelled the auto draft payment (they claimed I had not). I promptly called ****************** said they could not return the payment but it would be deducted from the payoff that the dealership had agreed to pay and they(dealership) would pay less for the payoff, therefore the dealership would get a ********** would need to get the refund from them.I have several emails from the dealership stating this is correct but the Finance manager was out & would contact me about it when he ************ he is saying I have to get the refund from Capitol One (whom I have spoken to four times & say this is not true). It has been four months and I still have not received my $317. The finance manager has basically stopped responding to my emails after emailing me that I need to get in contact with the finance company. I realize to them it is only $317 but that is alot of money to ***** one will call or email me back regarding this matter.

    I bought a brand new 2023 Trailblazer RS on 2/24/23. On 7/8/23 I was driving down the road with my grandmother and 1 year old and it became hard to steer and the brakes locked up. finally we were about to stop and call JC, who sold me the car at this location. he told me to call OnStar but it would charge me $455 for them to tow it to the dealership so i called a local tow truck and he towed it for $130 and told me to give the receipt to the dealership that they have to reimburse me. i gave them that and still to this day have yet to get my reimbursement. On 7/10 i called the dealership to see what was going on with my car because i had no vehicle. I spoke to ******** in service along with constantly talking to **. Neither of them would give me any information and wouldnt agree to give me a loaner/rental. i went that day to check up on the car since they wouldnt give me any information and the car was sitting there untouched with 1 more mile on it that was on it whenever the tow truck picked it up. The service manager told me that they havent found any issues nor has it done that issue again but it had not had more than 1 mile put on it since it was dropped off so i know that it had not been driven. They told me they wanted to keep it a few more days to keep an eye on it and do another test drive after lying about doing the first test drive. i didnt agree because my child and i needed a vehicle and told him that we could do the test drive together at that moment in which he agreed. We did the text drive and had no issues so i left with it. After that ive had no issues with the car. On 9/4/23 ******** just calls to check on the car but then the very next morning he calls and tells me that the master cylinder is messed up and needed to be fixed asap. i was confused due to have been driving it everyday and had no issues. i agreed and they offered a rental. i went there on 9/6 expecting a rental in which they didnt have because someone else had gotten it. too lo
