Arcadia Construction started our pool in 2019. We were told that we were their first customer from him leaving **** and *** ***** after 12 years. We came to an agreement on a contract plus $40,000 cash (that was not included in the contract) and got started. You will see where Jim signed off on the cash! It took them a year to get the plumbing ran and the concrete poured and ready for plaster. The day they poured the plaster there were several problems! they tried to get us to sign a new contract signing them off. We refused. Since that day we have had leaks in the hot tub and the pool. They have tried a couple fixes but it did not work. they sent a Leak company out last summer to do a report on the leaks sonthey could get them fixed and would not allow us to see the report nor did they ever show back up. . They also have not finished hooking up the pool and hot tub with all of our equipment that we purchased but never received. they told us if we get internet to the pool they would bring out the valves that work off wifi but we still have not seen the merchandise. Last summer they gave me the name and number of ******, a guy who was going to fix the pool. every time i called him he was to busy and was going to have to get back to me. Until 2 months ago he made an appointment to come out but still has not shown up. now no-one will answer my calls. My husband went to their office to try to get a date to finish. they told us to Sue them! We cant... read the contract! We have to go thru arbitration at our expense. NO. i called them and left a message Not an option , please finish our pool! We contacted another pool company to come give us an estimate and they told us verbally it would be $19,500 to get us finished with tearing out the hot tub redoing the plumbing and plastering and running new plumbing to the pumps which leak and all the values that they were suppose to hook up. I dont know what else to do. Please I hope you can help!
