Absolutely rude customer service (manger). My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks planed on staying longer due to my spouse working up in that area. One morning I got my two little ones (oldest one is 4) and pet ready to leave for a few hours so the room could be cleaned and we stayed gone for 2-3 hours and when we came back I realized I forgot my room key in the room so when I went to the front desk to get a new one I was told that we had to leave. I was completely shocked and when I asked why the lady up front said she was going to call her manager so I could talk to her about it. Once the manager got up there she didn’t even act like she wanted to even talk to me. So I asked her why we had to leave and she stated that we completely trashed the room and I had no right to strip the bed and put all the towels in one pile so I told her that I put everything in a pile just trying to help I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to do that and I told her that there was no way the room was trashed because I literally took the trash out my self and swept the room before we left. Then the manager stated that there was beer bottle everywhere and it looked like we had a party in our room and I told her if she had pictures to prove this because there is no way because I literally have little ones (oldest one is 4 and the youngest is 1) there was no way there was beer bottles everywhere. So she said that she did not have proof and that we had to get our stuff and leave. Then I said okay then walked away and while I was putting our stuff in the car the maids that cleaned our room ask if we was leaving and I told them yes we was kicked out and I told them what was said and they was surprised because our room was not bad at all and there was absolutely no beer bottles. (I have everything on video as well) The next day the manager called me and told me that we could come back however our pet was not welcomed because she can’t handle the dog hair. We paid $20 a day justfor our dog

We stayed for 3 weeks so we paid $420 just for our dog. For her to say we couldnt stay because he shed. 90% of all dogs shed. The manger at this hotel is NOT PET FRIENDLY at all. Plus the dog was never brought up until the end. I have video proof of everything that our room was not how she said it was and also a video proving that the maids that cleaned our said that what was said was not true at all. Plus them admitting only changing bed sheets once a week. After the room was cleaned there was holes in our cover, rips in our pillow cases, stains on our sheets and pillow cases. I also have pictures to prove everything. When I went up to get it documented the front desk lady called the manager and told her about everything and she told her that I was lying that there was no holes in the sheets. So I told her I pictures proving it and then I was told that she didn’t have time to talk to me until the next morning it was 11:59am when I reported it. So I asked them if there was a way for me to email the pictures to them and she told me no but the front lady felt bad and she gave me her personally number so I could send them to her because if I waited until the next morning I would be risking the manager saying we done it and then her charging us for the damages.

Thank you for your review of your stay at our hotel. We are sorry for any inconvience you had to face. My staff and I do our very best to keep our rooms and property very clean. The only reason I nicely asked you to leave the next day, was upon entering the room we found it was trashed. The room smelled awful and all the linen that was placed in the floor had a large amount of pet hair and was stained. The mattress was stained and had a lot of pet hair as well. During the 2 to 3 weeks you stayed with us, housekeeping was not allowed to enter your room for cleaning purposes due to a "Do Not Disturb" sign placed on your door. After your checkout, I had 3 housekeepers working on your room and it took them one hour to clean this room, which makes the cost add up. Currently, we have a long-term guest staying with us who has 3 pets. His room is very clean with minimal odor.
