Date of Transaction: 11/04/2021 My bank statement shows Premiere Collectibles was Paid on 11/05/2021. Sent them $38.83 for Order # XXXXXX. Autographed book of ******/********* Peterson. Premiere Collectibles sent me an email that I could cancel my order since it wouldn't arrive in time. It was going to be a gift. I went ahead and canceled my order and sent numerous emails to a Mr. **** ******* who replied to me from the beginning. He was supposedly handling my refund. He assured me it was being taken care of by Premiere Collectibles' account specialist. **** ******* quit replying to my emails and requests for my refund starting December 2, 2021.Business response

I am equally confused because our system is showing a refunded order. I can send a screenshot of it if needed. I may need to ask a huge favor. The name of my bank is ***** Bank. My statement shows Premiere Collectibles billed me on 11/05/21. My statement does not show I received a refund on 11/12/2021 @ 9:08 PM nor since then. The disputed charge can take up to 120 days for you to receive I was told. Nonetheless, please be aware and look forward to it being sent to you. I ordered a signed autographed copy of All American Christmas on Dec 2nd and on Dec 15th I received an email that the signing of the book was canceled and I sent a two emails asking if my order in fact was canceled and will I get a refund. I tried calling the company directly and the message is to send an email!! I want my money back that was charged to my account on 4 Dec!!Business response

Consumer Response /* (2010, 5, 2021/12/20) */ Premiere Collectables has reported to me they are refunding my account within the next five days. If they do not I may contact your office again. It is sad that companies allow customers make orders based on a tentative signing of books and not have them readily available to fill! ******** *** *****
