      THE WORSE: I have no issue with the quality of the suits but for a 1500-2000 suit the service is the worse. I ordered a suit that was suppose to arrive in August. Its November. I still have not received it. The representative service was so bad I requested some form of compensation, and as of this date they have not offered to give me a dime off. I just got back from Thiland. Ordered a suit and will have it delivered in 7 days for 1/4 the cost. I would not recommend this company because the service is the worse.

      My husband order a suit for our wedding and a couple of days before the wedding he got a phone call saying his suit will not be here in time because it was stuck in customs. So we had to rush and buy a suit for 700.00 dollars from **** ********* because of this and the suit was horrible and he had customs shoe made to match the suit and he couldn't wear them

      Dear Tom James Company: I was told by Dominic R, on April 10, 20 that Client Services called me yesterday. I did not get a call and no one left me a message. I met with Dominic R. May 28, 2022, and was measured for clothing. We are approaching close to one year since I spent $39,120.00 and I still have not received: -Custom pinstripe navy and green blazer The jacket did not fit, and the staff moved a button, and the jacket still did not fit. I told Dominic that I do not want it and I want a refund, after he said that they needed to remake the jacket. -Green bamboo dress Since I did not get a jacket that fit, I sent the dress back last week, and the postal service attempted four times to deliver the dress and get a signature, and no one was there to receive it. -Ivory suit: I do not want the ivory dress and ivory jacket due to poor construction. I can ship this back, but if the green bamboo dress has not been received I hesitate to send the ivory dress and ivory jacket. I asked Dominic for an accounting of all the charges, which I still have not yet received, I am very dissatisfied with the whole process to get custom clothing that frankly does not fit. My husband's shirts did not fit and had to be remade. The jacket for the navy suit and the navy blazer needed to be fixed and did not fit on the first delivery. Please advise on how best to handle this situation, because every time I have spoken to Dominic, instead of rectifying the situation, he keeps trying to sell me other clothing, and I still have not received clothing or a credit for returned clothing. I have reached out to several Tom James management personnel and I have not receuved a response. Thank you in advance for your reply and follow up. This has been 11 months of pure frustration.       ****** I am sorry for the experience you have had. As we spoke yesterday I had talked to Dominic and he returned the green strip blazer & dress you referred to. I also confirmed that I would be refunding for those items which was processed this morning. We are also going to return the ivory dress/jacket and refund those. You should have also received the statements for yours and your husbands accounts. So to say you have had no response is not accurate. I will confirm the refund on the ivory garments shortly.
