      3PDelivery615 Operations Team were great. Communication between Sales and Operations Team was terrible. Our move was not simple. Retiring and downsizing. Sales was informed when the inspection was done that not everything was going to the new home. Items were in three groups. *Moving to the new home. *Selling on-line. *Donations. Long story short, items for donation and sale were loaded and items we needed in the new home were not. I was upset that the project plan was not followed and that we were having to pay for a second truck. Agreement was made we would pay for Brentwood to Murfreesboro with the missed furniture and 3PDelivery would pay for Murfreesboro to Franklin to take product to be donated. We were able to secure ARC to pick up the donations at our home. Therefore, 3PDelivery was not on the hook for donation run. Given that I wanted a reduction in the rate which Sales agreed to by dropping the rate by $200 which we paid. Later I wanted to file a claim for damages. I was informed because we failed to pay the full invoice 3PDelivery will not repair the damaged furniture. Sales agreed to that reduction based on not following the project plan. Glad to share pictures of the damages with anyone who would like to see them.
