Horrible clinic!. As per clinic doctor request for the next visit, I have an appointment on Wednesday, July 13th 2022 at 04.00 P.M and was confirmed by the email sent from this clinic.When I was there after spending almost 30 min from home just to hear from the receptionist, "YOU DON'T HAVE ANY APPOINTMENT AND THE DOCTOR WAS NOT HERE". I said I have  your email for today's appointment, she said "oh maybe the doctor canceled the appointment", "but I don't received any information about the cancellation", "Oh, could be text messages", then again I said "I don't get any text messages from this clinic", then another reasons she keep tried, she said "Oh might be voice mail"! Again, I said to her, "I went overseas, so I don't think I can connect to my mailbox when I'm abroad" then she just said "I don;t know!, the e-mail confirmation was wrong!!" How could e-mail confirmation be wrong, if she knows it was wrong, call me so the patient doesn't need to spend gas, time etc just to come to this clinic and to hear "No doctor today, do you want to re-schedule?" Patients can do that easily by phone!Keep in mind; I'm a patient (customer) who is willing to spend money on the life of this clinic, how if a patient does the reverse way, makes a confirmed appointment, the doctor waiting at the clinic and the patient never shows up? What does that feel, do they like it? My initial visit regarding my dry eyes and the doctor offered me the clinic special machine which could cost me a few hundred dollars. She also gave me prescriptions and it took me "3 visits" to the pharmacist, more than 2 hours waiting because the doctor went to lunch and did other things before she wrote the prescriptions and took 2-3 calls to the clinic to keep follow up. My first prescription was declined by my insurance and she wrote another medicine and the result, the eye drop (Restasis 0.05%) the doctor gave me, makes my eyes feel burned every time I use them.So Sad!!
