    On March 24th, 2025 I was hungry and spent my last $6 on a coupon I had for a free burger with a minimum purchase of a dollar. So I went to a ****** ** (store 7359) near my home & placed the order on the app. Upon going to the window they told me they didn't have my order. I checked the app and it said I had placed my order near my job which was 40 minutes away, being that was my last $6 and that I had the gas. I decided to drive all the way back from work after already having driven home from work to pick up my food, upon getting my order the employee didn't give me the food I paid for that cost me my last $6 that would have gotten me do anything about it (which is a lie because when i looked up the platform for their mobile orders by the name of *** their terms of service says explicitly "and payment processors as specified by our customers and are unable to provide refunds through our system. Thanks for ordering and supporting the restaurant industry!") so I decided to just report it on the app (most fast foods apps if you report they forgot your food they'll immediately refund you) but upon reading my receipt it said for any issues with the order directly contact the restaurant so when I directly called they put me straight through voicemail! And guess what happened when I tried following up on my voicemail after not hearing anything in my email after a few days? The store blocked my phone number! This isn't the first time it's happened & I usually just let it go because it's for a measly few dollars but I've been encountering this from that chain for years & other people on the internet have too if you ****** it! And believe it or not this isn't the only store I've encountered this at! It had happened to me a few weeks prior (store 7383) over a $1 cookie which I let go because it was a dollar.

    I have recently moved states and as such changed my mobile phone number to a local number. The number apparently was recycled, as it appear to be used in many local business apps. ******** is the ONLY one who has NOT responded to my requests for the changes to be made, instead sending me robocall emails telling me how to change my EMAIL (not the issue) and that "Someone will get with you in 2-3 days" it's been nearly 2 WEEKS.They're customer service phone number does NOTHING but redirect you to the web portal where you get NO responses at ll

    I have contacted Hardees on multiple occasions about the lighting situation at the location in ************, *******. Our family enjoys going to Hardees but they need to fix the lighting situation. Everytime we go the lights for the big Hardees sign by the 39 bypass is always off making it look like they are closed. Half of the parking lot lights are not working. The sign on the building is half out as well. Hopefully Hardees can get this fixed soon!

    Yea I ordered a meal and paid with cash. I went to scan my receipt to get my rewards stars like they clearly say I can but it has never accepted them now or in the past. I have tried contacting them thru there website thru email as advised. 3 in in the past week and 4 times previously for the same issue but I have never received a single reply back. I call there customer service line I get out on hold for hours and they dont even try to get back with me at all and leave me on holds.

    I ordered on the hardees app went in told them I had an online order for 3pm gave them my name they said NOPE sorry no order and NO FUTURE order either. Told me to go home and see what happen 40 minutes away. Called back an hour later no one answered the phone several times. Finally got through they said the order came in AFTER THEY TOLD ME TO GO HOME. I asked why didnt you say wait a few minutes when I was there? they didnt care and said file a complaint with corporate and also get your money back from them. ******* does not even have a working customer phone number.

    I was told a month ago that Hardees was working on fixing my app. It is still not fixed. I was also told buy Hardees that I have a $10.00 support coupon in the app. I have never seen this support coupon, nor can I find it in the app. Since Hardees refuses to fix the app. I wish for Hardees to send me the support coupon in the mail. I have literally have 10 e-mails between Hardees and myself trying to fix this matter. I am asking for the alleged support coupon for $10.00 to be send to my home address. This has been going on for a month. I should ask for much more for Hardees run around and lock of concern for a now ex-customer. This should have been a simple fix. Simple was to hard for Hardees.

    Please cancel this inquiry.  It is obvious that CKE aka Hardees Restaurant could care less about what their customers think when they have a problem with anything from Hardees.  They are a piss poor company.  I have stop buying from them because it is obvious they don't want my money.

    As of today 10/14/2024, I have received nothing from this company.  I believe it is more dishonestly from them as it has been for several months now.  They told me for several months it was in the app but never there.  This is when I contacted BBB.  Now after many days and the BBB contacting me saying they haven't heard a response from this company.  To all of a sudden, they sent a $10 coupon a 1 1/2 weeks ago and I still have not receives it.  Tells me one thing just more lies.  So, whatever who cares I don't.  Done with them.

    My daughter and I ordered food from Hardees. When we submitted the mobile order, I realized it was set to the wrong location. It did not auto detect my correct location. So I told the manager who said he couldnt do anything about it and wed have to drive to the other location to get our food because there is no way to cancel the order. He said the only way to cancel is to fill out a form on the site. I called the location the order was placed at and they also said they cant cancel my order to fill out the form. So I tried filling out the form but it asked for information I did not have like rewards email and order receipt. The email in the app is a private Apple ID email that is very long and generated by *****. Half of it is not shown and no way to view it all or edit it. So I put in my personal email. The receipt number cant be clicked on to copy paste and its too small to read it to try to type out the long tiny number. There is no phone number to call Hardees or the corporate *********** So my daughter was charged for food we could not pick up to eat. We ran out of time trying to cancel the order and we had to leave to get to our destination on time so we did not get to eat. They need to make it easier to cancel an order on their mobile app. My idea resolution is a refund of the money $18.97 my daughter was charged and for the mobile app to provide an easier way to cancel an order.

    I received an email from the company saying they added two $10 gift certificates to my reward account and that these certificates had to be used within 30 days. They did not refund the money we paid. The problem with this is that #1. My daughter used her card to pay for the food that we were unable to receive so giving me gift cards in my reward account does not help her. #2 You cannot use more than one gift card at a time so we have to go back to Hardees twice to get our money back. #3 They have to be used within 30 days so we could end up losing them before we are able to go back to Hardees.

    I do not feel this is a reasonable solution. I would like the actual money refunded to the card used to make the purchase rather than the gift cards being added to my account. I would also like them to add a cancel link to the mobile app so this stops happening to people. I have seen other people online say this same thing happened to them, so this is an ongoing issue that they need to fix. Other restaurants will work with you that same day to transfer the order to the correct location, give you your food (we went hungry that night because we had to be somewhere), or they have a cancel link so you can cancel quickly. If there had been a quick cancel link then we would have had time to reorder and eat before our event. Just unacceptable how this is being handled and that it even happened in the first place.

    Hardees sent me a promotion for a free DOUBLE Frisco burger and is refusing to honor it. I attempted to contact the company to resolve this and they stopped responding. They also did not give me my birthday reward offer either. I also asked about this twice in my communications with them, and was ignored.
