I reached out to Wesley Financial due to the ********* Timeshare. I was advised from the get go not to pay *********, which essentially could have been done myself. My credit score was affected, and this has almost taken a full year and am not satisfied with the results here. I would like a full refund since recently was told by my client specialist after letters to ********* have not worked to dispute their report to my credit. I do not believe this is a worthy service due to the lack of communication at times and the unrealistic goals that I have been told. I want a 100% refund due to the false promises.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2021/09/27) */ We are very sorry that Mr. *********** is not satisfied with our services. We cancelled his timeshare in approximately 6 months. We are providng him with complimetary credit repair services. I am not sure what more we could have done to make Mr. *********** happy. We did what we said we would do with very quick results. I apologize that we are just now answering this complaint as the proper contacts at WFG were just notified of it today as the *** emails were going to a former WFG employee. We will update our contact information with the *** so that this doesn't happen again. I am not happy since this service offered initially was credit repair and was told WF services would erase this timeshare from my credit around June-August, it is still on my credit today which was my main reason for going forward with them. I have requested a full refund but have still not received it for this service. Business Response /* (4000, 21, 2021/10/06) */ We have been in contact with consumer and consumer's timeshare was successfully canceled and he was offered complimentary credit repair services. We now understand that there was a misunderstanding in regard to credit repair. Consumers are never promised a certain result with credit repair or a specific timeframe; however, we understand that this is a major concern for consumers. We are happy to report that this complaint was handled satisfactorily and all misunderstandings have been resolved.
