      I purchased a custom built building from a local seller. Come to find out this is the company that actually builds them. After waiting for two months it was finally delivered. The building was damaged during delivery, but thats not this companys fault. Once I finally walked into the building I lost count of how many issues I found. This building was so poorly constructed the studs werent even lined up evenly. The cap on the roof was off line, and the frame was clearly made from scrap lumber. The piece where the doors close was coming loose, and had a large crack in it. There were several more visible damage marks to the outside as well. I told the guy I was not accepting it, but he said he was ordered to leave it. I go back and forth with the company, and get the runaround. A week later someone finally shows up to look at the issues whos name is ****. Hes with Backyard Outfitters. He states that the lumber (which is clearly scrap) is normally used in their construction. He does acknowledge theres several issues, and offers to have a new one built. I tell him I have no confidence in their products, and the first one should of been built correctly. The model I looked at certainly wasnt of this poor quality. He then spouts off a very well rehearsed line of its in your contract that well be keeping your deposit. I then talk to the regional manager named ********* who also gives me a very well rehearsed song and dance about how regardless of how many problems this building has they will keep my deposit. Im now filing a dispute through my credit card company.

      Made down payment for a building to be put on my property. The company said that the building couldn't be delivered and I was not getting a refund for the down payment. No one looked to see if the building could be delivered at the site. So I was told that I would not be refunded.

      When customer ordered the building he told our dealer that there would be no problem to deliver his building.  When our driver went to deliver the building there was no way to get the building where he wanted it.  We have to pay the driver for the attempted delivery and that is why we did not refund him the payment he made.  It will probably cost us more to pay the driver than the amount he paid.

      The men who tried to deliver my building said that I would not be charged for anything if they couldn't get it on my property.  I mentioned to them to drop it off at the bottom of my property and I would have it put in place. The man told me that there was supposed to been someone look and evaluate where the building was and find out if it could be put on the site. I was told that they was not informed about the property cause no one looked at the site. They just went to my brother's and dropped off the block. Not at the site.

      I've read the contract and there was no mention of me having to pay for any other, then first months rent.  No mention of paying for not being able to set the building.  Than paying for not delivery

      It appears that our dealer used an old contract that did not contain the language about buildings that can't be delivered.  We will refund ****************** $308.26.
