  On Wednesday, Sept 27, 2023, I contracted with Bama Bob's tree service *************) for $******* to cut down and remove some trees from my backyard at ******************************* *******, Al, *****. They completed the work in 2 days, but in the process completely destroyed my backyard, a portion of my side yard, and a large portion of my neighbor's side yard. They did not use any type of protective equipment where they were operating heavy machinery, and they were doing it when the ground was wet. They actually got a large piece of machinery stuck and buried up to the axles in my neighbors yard. Since then, I have spoken to 4 different people, three of them were managers at Bama ***** and they told me that my yard would be taken care of. One of the managers got a contractor to come out, but he never got a quote to fix the damage. He stated he could not get anyone else to come out and look at the job. He told me if I could take care of it, that they would reimburse me.Ultimately, I regraded and resodded the yard, as well as my neighbor's yard, and I sent them the invoice for the work. Once again, I was assured that I would be taken care of, but my email with my invoice went unanswered by two managers at the company. Finally, almost a year later, I insisted that I speak with the owner. The owner had no good resolution, and our phone conversation ended. I am still receiving a bill for *******, and have yet to be reimbursed for my expenses to fix what Bama Bob's Tree service negligence damaged at my home.
