      Well my ********* ***** is working on this matter but I still have not gotten my battery's thay told her thay where calling me and that was a big lie that ever called me thay told my insurance the batteries would come in next week we'll that was two weeks ago now that sent a message that it was in the next step when **** this end thay should be put out of business for all the lies and what thay are putting me through has it not been long enough

      I contacted NSM in March 2022 in reference to my sons medical bed. I put in a work order for his bed squeaking ( upper part) and for the springs either needing to be oiled or replaced due to it hesitating and given resistance when pressing the remote. Also for right lower ramp to keep falling and remote control housing braking off. My son has had this bed for over two years, **** one of their technicians came out on April 5-22 and observed the issue with the bed back part rising and lowering. He called his supervisor and told him that he don't know where the springs could be or how the bed could be oiled due to all metal parts being welded together. **** left and I was told his supervisor would call me for further instructions on repair. It is highly important for a patient to be able to sit up correctly in a bed to avoid ********** *********. However NSM has not made any attempt on correcting the squeaking upper part/resistance when rising. I have called NSM on 4/26/22 to get an update and per their messaging board and representative, they had no clue about this issue. It is disrespectful and negligent not to fix the main issue which is ensuring the bed rises ( head and foot part) properly. I kept all of the messaging screenshots and the screenshot from the phone call on 4/26/22

      In July of **** an order was placed with NSM by the hospital. In November my wheelchair was finally delivered, but they delivered it with only one foot rest and not the correct model. I have had a ****** and need the wheelchair for my ********* ***** leg and they gave me only a left foot rest (also elevating and not standard). In December they called me and told me they were ordering a replacement set of foot rests. It is now April and I still don't have my foot rests and they have not recieved any communication. I have emailed several times and have not gotten any response.

      I began the process of ordering a wheelchair for my mother with *********** disease . It started in 11/20/21. They have made errors several times without notification. At this point they just called to say it **** be another two weeks to get authorization from my mom primary insurance because they have listed it wrong . They refuse to order the parts without authorization even though it was their error and have ******** approval . It then **** be another three weeks before parts arrive and who knows how long before an ** year old women who has a broken back and *********** can be in a chair .. the problem I have is this is the only company in ** so it's not like o have a choice to take my business to another company. The sales rep has never contacted me and I have had to constantly make sure the process was moving forward .

      My problem started Feb. 2021 with NSM , I have ** unable to walk at all my old chair was giving out on me. I was due a new chair Sept. 2021 , I went to my rehab. ** at ***** he wrote a new ** for a new power chair in Feb.2021 and sent me for a seating. I knew that I wouldn't be able to get the new chair until Sept. I wanted to get all my paper work done so a new chair could be ordered. ***** spoke with me and said that my ** was retiring in Sept. so he would send my paper work before he retired, which he did not do. I had to go back to ***** again for them to write another ** last fall. ******* sent the ** while I was there. I started calling to see were we were at and was told they were waiting for my ** to send paperwork ,I let them know he did send it the day of my visit. A lady named Dana took over my case she said they did not have the order, a few months later I called again and said oh she didn't see it ,some one had added to notes and she looked over it. She was very nice to me over the phone, but months roll by and I haven't recieved a call from anyone at NSM. I called Dana many times and left messaages ,she never got back to me , today I have called her 3 times still havent heard back from anyone. I also left corporate office in **. and have not heard back from them. I want answers !!!!!

Dana told me her phone didn't have service for the last few days, and that's the reason she couldn't get back to me. She got service after I filed this to *** letting me know that everything had been care of.       I received a power wheelchair on February XX XXXX that my insurance company paid **% and I paid **%. I have had mechanical problems since April **21. I have paid calls to Jacksonville branch, mobile, ** and Nashville, **. Each person I talk to, tells me they **** contact the Jacksonville ** office and have them call me. No one never calls me. No one is communicating with me at all. Someone named Nathan was supposed to call me. He has never called. I've been trying to get service on my wheelchair since May of this year. It's now end of December. I called Nashville, ** office. They also do not assist me.

      Date of transaction: 5/4/20 Local Company: National Seating Mobility at ****-A **** ******* Place, ***** ********,*** Amt. Pd.= $*** This company installed a chair lift in my home; they had all records relating to the installation. I called them on 5/4/20 for a repair. I described the problem and was told a technician would be sent. After arriving to my home, the tech examined my chair and informed me it needed a major part replaced. He then informed me that National Seating was no longer an authorized distributor for the maker of my chair. He then gave me the phone number of the company to order my own part and call National seating when I had the part. Complaint: I was not told at time of appt. they were no longer distributors and couldn't order parts for my chair; I would have never agreed to the service call. The manufacturer refused to sell me any parts; they only sell to distributors. I am now being threatened with collections for service I never received.
