I scheduled a deck rebuild with All Under One Roof to start in Oct 22. When the time came I heard nothing from them, I reached out and was told they were a couple weeks behind. So a few weeks later, still no communication from them. So I called again to find out when they were starting. Was told again a couple weeks. Dec 22 is here and they begin the demo of old deck and start to build the new one. While demoing the old deck they damaged siding on my house. I figured that it would be fixed by completion. So the build continues and I point out some concernings things to him, 1 of them being the hand rail height did not meet code, and some other issues which were taken care of after he reminded me he wasn't done yet. I accepted. Upon completion, I pointed out the hand rails again, mention the siding that wasn't fixed. Hesitated he would have to completely redo the handrails to fix it and the timing now is like the 23rd of Christmas. So I said no I need the deck for Christmas gathering and we began talking about the siding. He stated the siding had to be ordered and it would be a couple weeks. Now it's mid February 23, vinyl isn't fixed and he will not return phone calls or messages left to find out the status. My house is exposed due to the damage and water damage is a concern. I further can not communicate how displeased I am with the hand rails not being 36" high. I can't sell my house with out having them fixed. Not that we are selling but we have kids and it's a safety concern. 28" I ch hand rails are unsatisfactory. Lack of communication is not punctual or professional. At this point I would like $1,600 refund out of the 18k spent on the deck to pay some one else to fix the hand rails and siding or have ALL UNDER ONE ROOF come back and make it right. Again, I have exhausted all options to contact the company and I have been more than patient.

Issues were resolved by All Under One Roof.  They came out and fixed my hand rails for correct heights and fixed my siding.  Over all happy with the job and craftsmanship with the company.  Communication from the company needs some work but again overall happy with the job.  People spend/invest a lot of money when updating homes.  Customer Service should be a top priority when dealing with jobs that are nearly $20k.

I had all under one roof come out in February 2021 for a estimate on building a garage. Said he had to have a deposit to start the project. Almost 5k. I paid it and said he would start June 2021. It is now June 2022 and he does not answer my calls or return them He use to answer months ago but only to give some sorry excuse to why he hasn't been out here. We are over a year now from his original start date which is ridiculous. I just want a refund of my deposit so I can hire someone who will actually build my garage

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/04) */ We were experiancing several delays with supply issues. When I talked to the planning Commission to be able to build the garage we were told the build would not be approved due to septic reservoir being located in desired spot. I mailed a check with explanation of problem to this homeowner in the full amount of deposit paid dated June 1st.
