5 starsWe have used Maxwell Septic several times/since we have lived in the area, and have had a great experience every time. Initially we did not know where the tank was, and Maxwell Septic found it. Each person who has been to our home (the latest being David) has been courteous, friendly, knowledged, and professional. 5 starsThank you to Greg, Austin, and David for the great job they did on our septic system. I appreciate how knowledgeable they were at their jobs and patience with explaining things to me. After the job, they cleaned up the yard very nicely. A lot better experience than I expected. Also, thank you to Cody who initially pumped out our tank. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Cody from Maxwell Septic Pumping cleaned my septic tank last week. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a person doing a job at my house. He was efficient and friendly. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up completely at the completion of the job. My grandsons were here and he was very kind to them as they watched him. The person in the office was very kind about working with my schedule when booking the appointment. They texted me updates as to the time Cody would be here. He was in and out in a very short time.
