My family read the description of the Mt Laurel Cabin and sent a deposit on it in March 2021 for $140. I paid the balance of the rental on 9/22/21. We arrived on Sunday 09/26 at 11 pm. The cabin was filthy! There were no top sheets or towels. The dishes in the cabinets had food stuck on them as did the pans. It claimed a fully stocked kitchen and a first class luxury stay. The next morning I contacted the merchant and they sent towels and sheets to us. I asked the employee if they could clean the cabin because of the filth and she said she would look into it. I made this request several times throughout the week and got a form email back thanking me for contacting them is all! We had to keep our shoes on at all times or our feet would stick to the floor or be black! There was black mold growing on the ceilings of both showers. It boasts of a secluded location but we had the neighbors dog in our yard every morning barking. The merchant said they had no control over the neighbors dog.Business response
