  I have been trying to schedule an appointment with this company for weeks. **************** representative are very unprofessional, rude and will hang up on you. This company does not return phone calls or respond to voicemails. The *************** should stop sending referrals to this awful clinic.

  The Gastro One on ************************ is the one I've been to, but it "can't be found". for some reason. They are all pretty awful, so I'll leave my review here. For 2.5 YEARS now my *** has been trying to set up a Colonoscopy and for me to be seen to no avail. Multiple referrals and phone calls just get ignored. They called me ONCE in all that time while I was driving to set it up and I told them I was driving and to please call me back which they never did. A couple of times I got a text that they were trying to reach me which was a complete lie. My phone would have shown a missed call from them but it never happened. I called back every time, and yet again, ignored. I wouldn't go to them, since they have horribly inept staff. who could gaf about patients.

  I' have had gallstones since November and been trying to get an upper endoscopy. It's **** and they just cancelled on me 4 times now. Something always comes up with ********************. The nurse, ***** called and when I was upset, she laughed in my face. I am done and I will tell everyone about how wrong and unethical this place and staff are.

  The only reason why i did not leave a one star is that **************** is a great doctor I will miss him dear and I wish he will come to BMG off of ********. I did not like how i was treated over the phone by the customer service representative. I understand that its a privately own company and they can bill how ever they want coordinating to OIG guidelines, but to states that a patient cannot see the doctor until a bill is completely paid for is unacceptable to me. I have insurance so only 20% was not paid. So the company did get some type on revenue. So when I was told that i cannot see my doctor until my bill was completely paid for and if I did not like it. I can find another provider. Under no situation should you tell your patients to find another doctors office. It just shows to me that the only value that i have is a co-payment/or a co-insurance face value. I truly hope and pray that **************** will come to BMG or BMG needs to offer him a great contract.
