I paid Mr ********************** to remove my ceiling texture and paint a large area of of my home. They sent a man who clearly did not know what he was doing and he did extensive amounts of damage to my home. He started by hanging three tarps two in my kitchen and one to my hallway to prevent the dust from passing. the tarps weren't even long enough for the areas and were not secured to the walls. He failed to cover the air vents or any of the doorways into the other rooms of my home as well. He did not tarp my carpeting. He sanded the ceiling and needed to use my tools to do his job because he wasn't supplied correctly. They had to sub out my project to a company that did their best to remediate the first guy's work, but even still my front doors and porch and floors had been covered in the dust and it was improperly cleaned up. in my kitchen he swept it and then wiped it down with a wet microfiber which made the dust solidify in my tile. My new front doors were wiped down the same and the dust settled in the grain. and my porch had to be restained. They paid for my floors to be cleaned and promised to solve my door problem. I was just told last week they would not be fixing my doors because I also did not feel I should pay the full price after 2 months of work when the project should have been 7 days and I was conceding on damages. to lessen their bill.
