    This company deserves negative stars. They are hands down the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I received an email from Wayfair at 4:02 PM on Tuesday, Sept. 24th stating my couch would be delivered on Thursday, Sept. 26th between 7-11 AM. The instructions stated to contact Final Forward Mile if I needed to reschedule. I called them immediately. I asked to reschedule as I had a medical appointment that morning. After several minutes of trying to find my delivery, the representative took my information and said someone would call me to reschedule. I received an automated call from Forward Final Mile around 2:00 on Wednesday, Sept. 25th asking me to press 1 to confirm delivery between 12:30-4:30 PM on Thursday, Sept. 26th. I did so. On Thursday, Sept. 26th at approximately 8:51 AM, I received a text message from a delivery driver named Dakota saying they were on route. I immediately called him and explained that I was rescheduled for later in the afternoon. He stated that was correct and they let everyone know when the route begins. By 4:30 PM, no one had arrived or reached out. I tried to call Dakota, but the message stated the person I was calling was unavailable. I sent a text to confirm they were still coming. I then called Final Forward Mile directly. I was told they would call the delivery drivers and call me back. They never did. Around 5:20, Dakota texted they'd gotten lost and had no cell service, but had two quick drop-offs before me. I stated I would not be home until 6:00 PM now because I had to go pick up my child. I heard nothing back. I texted him again around 7:00 PM. He responded they were out longer than they were allowed to be and would have to reschedule me. They never attempted to let me know this; I had to reach out to find out. I moved my furniture and waited all day for these people. I wasted so much time trying to communicate with them to no avail. If this company is your only delivery option, get your items elsewhere.

    This company is incompetent. This is the third time i had my appliances rescheduled. Home Depot is not looking good.

    Horrible delivery company along with terrible customer service. Customer service number called funny I cannot include They prefer to argue than note the issue and find a fix. This company uses a “geo coordination” app which is inconsistent for the physical address. I needed to beg to get the refrigerator, I paid for, delivered to my address and taken from the address wrongly deliver to. Extremely disappointed with the entire process. Customer service agents (lied) and ( hung up on me) after I requested to speak to management. Terrible terrible service

    This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a delivery company. They deliver for Home Depot appliances. For my first delivery they brought me someone elses rejected washer and dryer. The boxes were already opened the protective plastic on the door was already removed and their was what looked like a box cutter cut across the front of the door. The dryer was dented in on the side. I did not pay ***** For a scratch and dent washer and dryer. For their second attempt at this delivery (a week later and a second day of loosing pay at work) they called me at 9 o'clock in the morning to reschedule. After dealing with the person that called and fighting with Home Depot they had someone come in after they were finished with their delivers and bring it out to me ( 7 o'clock at night). This was supposed to be deliver and setup with all of the aditional parts included. All they were prepared to due was drop the set off and run, they did not have any of the install parts with them (which I payed for). When I told him that I wanted to talk to someone at their office before I told them where to put the set he got ****** **** * **t and told me this was not even his deliver and that this was ******* ********* So I told him don't get ****** *** at me since his company ****** him. So he thru everything back on the truck ( while running his mouth t****** ** ***) and left. Now I will have to miss another day of work to see what crap I have to deal with just to get my delivery. I made my purchase with Home Depot to avoid this kind of headach. I feel they are just as much to blame for using them. After seeing all of the below reviews you can't tell me that they do not already know this.

    This company is unreliable and incompetent. And they lie to you! I received an email on Friday stating I would receive delivery on Tuesday between 7 am and 7 pm. On Monday I called to obtain a more precise window of delivery. I was assured the item would be delivered on the next day and that I would receive a call by the end of the day giving me a more precise delivery window. I did not receive such a call. So I called several times. No one picked up. On Tuesday, the day of delivery, at about 4:30 am, I received another email confirming I would receive delivery on that day between 7 am and 7 pm. I started calling that morning at 8 am to obtain a more precise delivery window. No one picked up the phone. I left a message. I cancelled my morning appointments expecting delivery. My call was finally returned at about 11 am and was told that despite the two email confirmations and the telephone confirmation that delivery would take place on Tuesday that the delivery had to be rescheduled for Thursday but, again, a delivery window could not be established. I've never had such inaccurate and frustrating delivery information. This was a disaster of an experience.

    Forward Final Mile is an absolute joke! I cannot believe that a big company like Home Depot uses this company. I have had a dishwasher being held hostage by FFM for over a month. They will not work with me to get it delivered. I have called no less than 8 times with no help whatsoever. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Do not use this company. Your money will be taken from Home Depot, and you will not get your product. Buyer beware.

    I'm sorry to talk about Forward Final Mile, we had a negative experience with the installation service. It's frustrating when a service you pay for doesn't meet your expectations. It's especially concerning that they broke a pipe in your basement and are not willing to repair it. we tried contacting Home Depot's customer service to escalate the issue. Nothing works. Forward Final Mile may be able to help you resolve the situation and provide a satisfactory solution, but nothing.

    This is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. They have been untruthful and denied they had the washer that we ordered. When I called Home Depot back they cannot figure out what this service has done with the order. Home Depot needs to find a better service that these people. WORST EVER DELIVERY SERVICE!

    I agree with the other reviews. They contact you with a robotic call and if you need to speak to an agent, no one picks up and the call drops. I tried to call back several times and have been on hold for >hour. When I was "lucky" enough to speak with a rep for my last delivery, she was nasty and denied any responsibility for delaying my delivery without notice. When I finally received delivery, the servicemen dropped my appliance and it has to be replaced.

    Stated they called yesterday to schedule delivery for today. They never called nor left a message. This morning they cancelled the delivery. I called Home Depot and the rep sat on hold with them for 30 minutes only to be hung up on by the supervisor. They are complete trash and should not be in business. Super annoyed they even have my merchandise in their posession as they are untrustworthy,
