    I was told to pay $643.00. I paid $670.:Only $650.00 goes to my account. Two payments was made on April 8, April 11 2024. $310, $360 minus the $10 process fee for each transaction . So I over Paid $7.00 To To be told that I still have to pay the repo man that never came to pick up the barn. I have cameras to show that. I also I was told to pay before April 12, 2024. I did that. Didn't know I had to pay repo man to get off the list. I am all caught up on my account with ********************** LLC. But they won't let me know how much is left on my account to be paid off. They say ******************************* ************* can still repo if I don't pay him $150 to get off of the repo list. Sounds crazy to me. Titan Leasing LLC ************* ****** said why do I keep paying them. Meaning Titan Leasing LLC. I responded that I thought I owed them Titan Leasing LLC not the repo man ********. No reply I don't have $150 for a name on a list that needs to be removed.

    We send payment every month, at least 1 week ahead of time. They always claim they have not received it,2 weeks later.They do this it seems to add a late fee.No mail within the US takes more than a week to arrive. This has happened every single month.And if you opt to pay over the phone, they charge you *****.Either way,they make sure to get an extra ***** a month out of you.VERY unethical business practice

    After the review of accounts carried by Titan Leasing, LLC, it has been found there is no customer listed under the name of ******************* in our system.  If ************** could please provide more information such as the customer ID number of the account in question the company will be glad to review the case again.

    Great company they will work with you the only thing is when you try to call them they do now answer the phone until they have already sent out for repo @@@@ it's too late then. As stated they have been working with me and know my situation no able to work but as I had mentioned to one of their reps that I would be paying this off when my overage check comes in next Friday instead they want to still repo. They can have it. I will already have my stuff out for them. Thanks for letting me k on ahead of time. Not to mention now they want it so they can make extra money off of it I have paid for it twice already and only owing no more that $1,300. You pay $10 extra with every darn payment. Greedy a@@.

    We purchased a building about 2-1/2 years ago from Titan building and leasing which has same exact name as this company Titan leasing LLC so my husband was making a payment in may of this year and was in a hurry so he searched online for Titan building and leasing and saw this Titan leasing and clicked on it and entered our account information and they took a $821.00 to them so months past until Friday August 6th at 5 am we was asleep and a 3rd party repo company came removed several 12ft post from the ground didnt unhook gas which my husband had put me a gas fireplace in as I turned this building into a very cute profitable shop so he tore our yard up and jerked gas line to where it was laying spewing gas in our neighbors yard and I had roughly 10-12,000 in clothing and handbags on the porch as I was doing a makeover and restocking my shop and had a large porch so I had to move a lot of items out to have room to work in the shop and my husband does heating cooling and plumbing and had 10-15,000 in heat ************ I about 3-4 totes not to mention on top had storage on both ends I had more clothing and stuff and my husband had industrial fans more totes and I still had at very least $75,000 in inventory inside as this 40 ft building was spacious as I only carried high end clothing handbags and shoes purfumes lotions etc so it doesnt take much to add up quickly but thats not the point they repoed my shop and didnt move my inventory as repo employees know all that will fly off when in transit so it did they were people out on highway grabbing what they could of my items and my husbands tools wasnt found at all so when going up to where they took my shop as this person came like a thief in night and ripped everything electrical and gas destroyed our property and threw things here and there we got to the Titan owned lot the repo man had snuck and stole around ****** in our items destroyed ****** all because Titan leasing kept our payment and never contacted us

    ******************** does not nor has ever had an account with Titan Leasing, LLC.

     

    ******************** mistakenly make payment to our company.  Once the Shepherds contacted our office regarding the mistake they made regarding their payment it was refunded immediately.  We also wrote a letter to Titan Building Rentals, LLC. stating that the Shepards had attempted to make their payment but paid out site by mistake. 

     

    Titan Leasing, LLC. is no way affiliated with Titan Building Rentals, LLC.  Any issues regarding repossession or items in the building during such repossession need to be addressed with the correct company.

TItan Leasing, LLC is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
