            5-3-21 took my car to car care for repair work that they had diagnosed early in the week, had my vehicle over a month repairs were not completed, had my valve covers replaced on my 2009 bmw 335 i, valve covers warped screws not tighten down oil on top of engine paid over $4100. 00 dollars for the repairs, after all this finally had my car towed to bmw for the same repairs that i had already paid for, trying to get jermaine (service writer) was a task in itself, so all i want now is a refund for the repairs that were not done, also have video from bmw on the work that was done by car care, they even advised my not to go back to this service center because repairs were done so poorly. Its amazing how you can have all these complaints against you and still be rated A+ must be the money.

            Ive been to many mechanics over the years and this was by far the best place I've ever taken my car. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and great pricing. Jermaine is the person that helped me! He was awesome! He is the reason I will continue to return with my business! They have early and late drop off and pick up, and I made my payment through a link and never had to step into the building. Was also able to service no contact when needs to be! Thanks for an awesome job!
