      This is the worst pest company, and they don't care about you, the want only your money, 2 years ago a "Manager" came to my house to give me an estimate for encapsulation, I make questions about a sump pump because my cross space doesn't have a drainage, the "EXPERT" Nick say I don't need because go under ground, well the last 2 summers I been having water in the cross space, coming from the dehumidifier, but also water came on top the encapsulation, two of my columns are tilting because the water, I spoked with the secretary from the HQ I sent pictures and she say a "EXPERT" will contactme, I spoked with the new "Manager expert" Joshua to came to see the issues, and never show up, only he say I need the pump, and i need pay for it, something I will not gonna pay because the other "expert" say is not a need, well I need, us pest send their employees Donaven, Brandon, Eddie to inspect but they can't do anything, today 9-28-2023 an other guy came and he say I don't have a product warranty when I have a document say warranty for 10 years, all this employees they say be scare to help their costumers because they can be fire, by their supervisors, is no this considered intimidation an harassment tobtheir employees??? so US pest don't give a ****** about us, also I contacted Tennessee consumers affairs to file a complaint against US pest, why I need pay for their mistakes. My recommendation to you consumers get a professional and reputable company like ***, ********, etc but no US pest.

      I signed up for quarterly pest treatments. After the first treatment my house was infested with thousands of ants. I tried to solve the problem on my own, but then asked US Pest to come out and try to fix the problem that they had obviously caused. Their solution was to spray more pesticides again, which only made the problem worse. I ended up solving the ant infestation on my own. I then called to cancel the annual contract, but was told I still owe half of the remaining balance. If the service they provided had worked, that would make sense. But, their "solution" of pesticides only proved to worsen issues I was already experiencing, and they had zero offers for other solutions. The mangers said he could come an inspect the house myself, but when I pressed him on what he would actually do differently than spray more pesticides, he had nothing to offer. It's ridiculous that I have to pay them more money to make them go away so that I can solve this issue by myself. Terrible company with zero interest in actually helping their customers.

      The absolute worst customer service of any that I've ever dealt with. I've been with them for many years, but I'm done. The woman that answers the phone should not be in the "people" business. Maybe she should work at, let's say, a Funeral Home where her customers might be more agreeable with her ********! If this gal worked for me and spoke to a customer the way she did me, she'd be fired on the spot. U.S. Pest Protection has gone way downhill, and I would not recommend them at all.

      They have the absolute worst customer service ever. The billing department is full of horse ****. I call on a Monday and by Wednesday and it a completely different story. To some of the older clients, please don't be scammed. Be aware of vicious people of this kind. I hope no one gets scammed as I have. I sad that this is what the world has come to. I've had service with them for 10+ yrs and to be treated like this is demeaning. I hate that I spent so much of my hard earned money with this trashy company! God takes care of greedy people! It's sad that they would lie about something as evil as money. Their parents should deny having them. I'd be embarrassed if I raised my children to be pessimistic dogs!

      I was looking to get an inspection and treatment for bed bugs. US Pest was recommended to me so I called them first. I spoke to a woman on the phone as soon as they opened and she said someone would call when on their way. A few hours went by and no call so I called back only to get voicemails. More hours go by and I finally get a call around 2pm asking if they would come between 3 and 5. 5pm rolls around and I get another call asking if they could come in 40 mins. I wasted an entire day staying home not knowing what was going on. Donovan finally came and looked around a little bit and said they would treat the whole house for $980 and made it a point to say they would need a card up front. I was supposed to receive a call from a manager the next morning to get things set up for friday. I had to reach out because again I heard nothing. Donovan now said they'd come on tuesday of the next week when they had promised me friday. I got them to agree to come out on friday instead but I told them I was getting another opinion. Donovan originally told me they would not need to use a bug bomb and then said they would have too and myself and 3 pets would have to completely vacate for up to 4 hours. Marissa called to verify everything and when I explained my frustration she said they might be able to bring down the price a little. I told her I was going to hold off all together because of their incompetence to communicate. ***** **** ******* came out, inspected AND treated in the same visit all for a fraction of the price and sent appointment reminders to my email leading up to the appointment and no one had to vacate. They informed us that bombing really does nothing so ultimately US Pest was a complete waste of time and energy.

      I have had a contract with US Pest for 4-5 years. I am moving and will not be renewing. I continually get notices that I owe 250.00 for the yearly fee. I have talked with them, but they continue to send me a bill. I am copying a email that I sent. First Email and No response: Why am I getting this bill? The agent called me to arrange the time and I told them I was not renewing due to me putting my house up for sale? I have no indications that this guy showed up...nothing! I just got off the phone with Jaci, 6/2/2022@9:00AM. She said she will take care of this today and and send the cancellation notice to corporate. I did ask about a cancellation notice and she said that there would be none. This is why I am following up with this email to your office. Seems bad business that I get an bill for service that was not done or authorized, but no notification of cancellation. Thanks. I am moving out of Nashville and I need to make sure that this is resolved and not turned over to a collection agency. Thank you.

      We just received a bill for a "Termite Repair Guarantee" for my mother-in-law's condo for service dated 4/9/22. My MiL went into hospice in August of 2021 and died in September. We were handling her bills and taking care of her home. We made several requests to cancel the service. We kept getting excuses about why the condo was getting serviced again. We finally got them to stop service and paid the final bill. The condo sold in December. We have no responsibility for the home anymore. It was distressing to receive this bill so many months after the fact. When I called, I was told they could not remove her information from the account until this guarantee bill cycled around again. That makes no sense, as the account should have been closed already. I explained it was upsetting to receive and did not want to get anything. I was told we may get additional statements anyway. I insisted that they stop any future statements and was told "I've done everything I can". I suggested they remove my MiL's name from their rolls completely and was told they couldn't until the last cycle. They credited the bill back, but not without trying to pretend they had no control over the matter. Heartless, soulless, and completely corporate response. When I was trying to talk, the lady on the phone talked over me to the point I told her to hush. She got angry and said I could not "hush her". So I told her to shut up and listen. She hung up. She had no interest in customer service, only in making it appear it was not her fault. I can only hope in reflection, she realizes the emotional impact on a grieving family over a bill that should have been resolved 6 months ago with a simple phone call.

      Technician backed into our mailbox and destroyed it our boxes are provided through our HOA and are expensive. The tech was courteous and honest enough to leave is contact info. Have been trying for three + weeks to get reimbursed for new mail box and keep getting the run around, This company appears not to be very honest or forthcoming this issue should have been taken care of immediately. Do not expect to get reimbursed based on the experience i have had so far.

      I have already spoken with Mr. ***** and form my understanding resolved the issue. I explained that I would receive the invoice for the mailbox, which I have, and it would be paid on Wednesday. I offered to have someone hand deliver the check on that day and he said that mailing it would be fine. I contacted Mr. ***** directly after I received his voicemail.
